Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Plenty of choice. Answered all our questions and did not rush us. Explained all the optional extras. Just wish they did all their recliners with the fixed option as well.

Felt secure to buy.
I had identified in person and on-line what sofa I wanted. I came into store and was helped to secure the best package for me in a friendly, professional way by Timothy. He made me feel secure in what I was ordering, so much so that I treated myself to two cushions in the same Joules range. Thank you

Louise was absolutely fabulous
Louise was absolutely fabulous. Not pushy to make a sale at all. She was patient with us as we changed our mind a lot !. When we visited the store we were made so welcomed by the staff especially Kerry , she gave us all the information we needed. On receiving the all the knowledge from her we then made the decision to purchase our choice of settees.
