We used dfs as they are so easy to order, they let you know what date to expect your order, we have ordered from them before and our sofa was so comfy and well made very strong and sturdy

I wanted to replace a 2 seater settee that I had purchased from them 4 years ago with a 3 seater settee. DFS were so helpful finding my previous order and we realised they were still making that part... Voir plus
Dfs is very good I found a chair just write for me . High back and i can reach the floor. I’m not that tall so my armchair is lovely thank you .

So very helpful
The young lady who we spoke to in dfs was so very helpful, we were left alone to browse in peace and there was no hard sell. When we decided on our purchase she took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer all our questions relating to our purchase, all in all a very positive experience.

Great service
Great service - attentive staff, but not pushy at all. Let you browse and then help when needed. I have been to 4 different furniture stores today in my opinion DFS has a very comprehensive sofa range and a good price/value ratio. Thank you.

DFS Basingstoke great staff
All the staff at DFS Basingstoke were friendly, attentive but not over-bearing or pushy which enabled us to comfortably wander around the store. Eloise was a star and I was very pleased how she walked us through the process and made it easy.

Ben at DFS Basingstoke was very helpful. He had good knowledge of the products on display.we didn't feel pressured into buying, he gave us plenty of time to decide. We can't yet say about delivery or after care but we're very impressed with the sales service we were given today

Debating a snack box still
MJ was incredibly helpful. As a first time sofa purchaser I couldn’t have been in better hands. Or at least, the footstool that she spent over 10 minutes trying to find for us only to find out that I didn’t want it in the end, couldn’t have been in safer hands. If anyone needs training on how to tell the care package - send them MJ’s way! I consider myself to be a stubborn person but I was swayed quicker than a contestant on Strictly.

Fantastic service
I went back today after a few days thinking about buying a sofa. Ben was very knowledgeable about the sofa. I decided to buy just the three seater as I couldn’t justify spending another £999 on an armchair that would hardly be used. Ben suggested the foot stool, that opens for extra storage & can be used for sitting on if needed. A perfect solution.

Thank you DFS your help a d patience was excellent. It was lovely been able to wander and test out lots of sofas and not feel pressure from the sales team until I asked.
Then everything was explained very well.
Well done I look forward to comfort in a few weeks time. Emjay was excellent and made my purchase so much easier as she guided me through what I was looking for.
