DGCOS Avis 

Around 15 years ago I had a conservatory built by TWS, a Garforth based company. I had no problems with it, but due to the polycarbonate roof it was very hot in Summmer and very cold in Winter.
In late 2019 I made the unwise decision to have the roof replaced with a solid one. I signed a contract with TWS to install the new roof, but what I didn't realise at the time was that it was installed by a different company called NuRooms.
Around a year after installation, damp patches started appearing. Several visits by TWS provided temporary repairs before the damp patches re-appeared.
In early 2023 the damp patches became leaks and after repeated failed attempts to contact TWS, I discovered that both they, and NuRooms had ceased trading.
Fortunately the new roof came with a 10 year guarantee from DGCOS. There was a bit of "to and froing" with phone calls and forwarding of documents, but eventually a surveyor from Hipco (appointed by DGCOS) came out in mid November 2023 to see the problem.
A further delay whilst he submitted his report and materials were ordered, but eventually in late January 2024, Hipco removed the old leaky roof and installed a new one, completely free of charge. The work was carried out in two days (plus erection and removal of scaffolding) the new roof also has a double layer of roofing felt. I'm happy to report the new roof is leak-free and the damp has dried out.
I would advise anyone getting a new conservatory, or replacing an existing roof to ensure it has a DGCOS guarantee.

After the frustration of finding a fault on my front door and the company that fitted it had gone bust.It was great that DGCOS took over quickly and efficiently sent a surveyor round to confirm the fault and a new door was promptly fitted Hassle free by a great company to a high standard

After a nightmare in trying to find a reputable company to replace my conservatory roof it was excellent to find one who was member of DGCOS who in turn provided a guarantee and quality control of the work carried out. I will have no hesitation in using the same provider and DGCOS again.

Very helpful and informative the door fitter did a good job and was very polite and friendly and cleaned all the rubbish when he finished very impressed and would recommend them for future work

The Sales Team were friendly and knowledgeable and the was quickly followed up by a member of the team to do the measuring up.
The team of fitters worked well together and cleaned up after them. Unfortunately there was a problem with the door provided in that the lettter box was low and we had asked for one in the middle. The sales team swiftly arranged for a new panel to replace the one fitted and the door is completely to our satisfaction. It would have been 5 stars but for the mix up with letter box.

So pleased with every aspect,carnt fault this company.

I had a dispute with a (ex) member of dgcos who would not honour my 10 year warranty with a repair. Dgcos willingly took up the issue on my behalf and within a few days took the matter to a most satisfactory conclusion.

I had a service last year was great, this years service was a little different, sales man sold me a product I should of had and he was a little let’s say untidy however having had used T&K before I wasn’t put off, I may have been if I hadn’t used them previously. My experience this time with the rest of my experience was great surveyor explained why I couldn’t have my choice upstairs but we agreed a good compromise, fitters we’re on time and very respectful of mine & my dogs space, very polite & a team T&K should be proud of very efficient.
An overall great experience again
