Diamonds not available, they sent a smaller one for same price
At least I could buy my diamond, but I didn’t like the diamond I bought was not available so the seller offered me a bigger one for the same price.
But these promise didn’t happen, the seller just offer a smaller one for same price, and says plenty for him was the same… obviously not.
The shipping was very fast

Estimado David, usted pidió un diamante por $406 y queríamos enviarle uno más grande en lugar de 0,48 a 0,54, pero cuando comenzamos a procesarlo ya no estaba. ¿Te enviamos el más cercano a 0,47? Tenía el mismo diámetro que el 0.48 y la diferencia es de 9$. Lo llevamos hasta Colombia amenazando con que no haya impuestos para usted. Era envío gratis.
Para mantenerte contento te reembolsaremos los $9.

I sent my rings in for a quote and received a horrendous joke of an offer so I politely declined.
Since then, I have not been able to get my rings back…. Excuse after excuse….I’m now wondering how I could be so naive to send my rings off…. I doubt I’ll ever get them back. Do not do it!

Great response and communication
It took longer than anticipated for delivery about 3.5 weeks vise 2 weeks but they were responsive to inquiries and the product was 100% as advertised. I would still order again but plan for a full month for delivery.

This was my first experience buying a diamond sight unseen and online nonetheless. I was skeptical and worried about the process but this company did everything as promised, on the time frame they committed to, were helpful when I called and my purchase was delivered sooner than expected. The diamond that I purchased and that was delivered far exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with my purchase and experience. Highly recommend this company!

Yes this order took us double the average time of 3 weeks, we aologized for that. We hand manufacture the engagement rings and some times we have to start all over.
By this time we refunded you the $99 it took to set the two 0.005 carat diamods (including the stones).
