Customer Service - purchase of a new double oven
We purchased a new double oven on Saturday 30th May. Liz looked after us and was extremely helpful, friendly and fully engaged with us. She talked us through the details of the purchase, and gave us all the details on the 5 year insurance, based on previous issues with had in the past, noting not purchased in DID. The experience was a pleasure for us and the customer attention and support was excellent. We even spoke on other issues on electrical appliances we had and Liz was again very informative on how to go about dealing with them. Overall experience was suberb. Definitely be back again.

Brilliant service
I went in looking for a fan and Danilo was really helpful, once I decided what I wanted there was no waiting around, he was straight to the stock room to collect the fan. The whole time in the shop was really positive, 👍 up to Danilo for the great service

Yes, the service was good, however my order was held in the system for a day and I had to go to the store to ask if they had the product in stock for pickup. Apart from that, everything went well.
