Acceptable service
I was called one day after placing my order, to let me know they don't have one of the products I ordered. I chose something else instead and I asked about the price difference. They told me I shouldn't worry because it's their fault they didn't have the product, and I won't have to pay anything extra. That was nice of them, except that the alternatives for what I wanted were cheaper and I had already paid.
I received the package 3 days after the phone call. The products were of good quality, as expected.

Brilliant delivery service and quality products with good prices, very pleased!
The prices are very good as with the actual products. The meal replacement shakes taste nice but I think the facial products could be a bit cheaper. Very good delivery service and very user friendly website and payment methods. Very happy!

Fabulous Service
Diet Bud is the genuine Herbalife product and great value for money for those who don't want the associated 'counselling' session. I had a slight problem with my order caused by the drama at the Port of Calais but was quickly resolved with excellent comms. Thank you.

Very happy customer!
I recently decided to try Herbalife again as I'm getting married in 4 weeks and struggling to lose my last 7lbs or so. (I did it last year for several months using a local distributor so I know the plan).
I ordered Saturday 11th July and received them on Tuesday 13th. Really quick delivery and product's just as you'd expect, fully packaged and sealed. Will be bordering again if I decide to carry on after the wedding, thanks!
