Shipping were fast I bought the cookie and cream replacement shake ,it tastes good but was disappointed because there wasn't a scoop in it.

The company kept intouch with me during my trial..I didn't like the herbal life shakes tho..it smelt n tasted like baby milk..I did loose some weight in the three days but I won't buy it again..lime water is burning off my weight much better..and it's tons cheaper..
