Great delivery time, item not tried as it is for a Christmas present

I recently bought a turntable/speakers combo on Digitalis Direct and the experience was great. I contacted the customer service because there was an issue with PayPal and Liam (shout-out to Liam!) was very nice and helpful! He replied very quickly to my emails and shipped my order almost straight away! I was very impressed!

I received my parcel on Sunday, by DPD, which is absolutely great!

Everything was safely packaged as well!

I ordered audio equipment from Amazon they somehow duplicated the order and two lots of equipment was delivered. The speakers came Digitalis I phone and explained the problem. A very nice man called Peter told me to return them which I did personally and can't believe the superb service I received. Instant refund.
