Digitalis were so helpful..
Digitalis were so helpful... I am completely useless with tech but they patiently answered all my queries re Bluetooth and explained how to set up the system should I buy it....and also recommended compatible headphones. Once I ordered the audio technica deck, and Edifier speakers and headphones they arrived within 24 hours, fully tracked. Set up was easy, just as they had explained and the sound quality and ease of use is excellent. I'm so pleased....it couldn't be bettered. Thank you.

I ordered a DAB aerial for my workshop on wed, arrived next day before lunch. All correct, brilliant service and delivery. I usually order from Amazon prime but this item was cheaper and quicker delivery, will use again in future.

Ordered on a Friday delivered Saturday despite it being a bank Holiday weekend. I did ring them to see if the bank Holiday would effect delivery. They told me that they had changed the carrier from DPD to Royal Mail to ensure delivery.
Very nice attitude on the phone.

Great customer service
I had ordered a new stylus from Digitalis via Facebook and experienced problems installing it. Julie at Digitalis was excellent helping me out and contacting the manufacturer (as this was a new model of stylus) then getting back to me the following day - talked me through manufactures recommendations and I managed to get the stylus on. Amazing friendly customer service - thank you.

Warranty Issue
Required, under warranty, a replacement part for Project vinyl cleaning machine. This was managed extremely efficiently and the new part was dispatched very quickly.

Top Notch customer service
Order was delayed but only by a day, I did send an email as tracking number on email was not a number so consequently I could not check. I quickly afterwards received a call from Peter who was v helpful, he advised it would be delivered this pm, it was. He also followed up with an email apologising. Very good service only let down by DPD but nothing major.
