Dingtone Avis 

I watched Adds using Dingtone eventually was able to reach my bank 🏦 And order new debit card

Sent email support that I want to cancel my account. No response. Scam!

So everytime i try to have a verification code sent to my dingtone messages it wont display the code because it trys to force me to pay for upgraded service otherwise it wont let you verify accounts with your free dingtone number. DINGTONE IS NOT FREE.

I signed up to dingtone purchased 200 credits for $AUD 8. It lasted 10 minutes. Telstra charges are better. FYI

I would stay away from this phone app! I thought that this was supposed to be a private burner phone app! This is not as I sent messages with this app and my regular phone number popped up on the messages that I sent. This app is truly garbage do not waste your time or money on it!

That's the message you get when you try to make a call, it won't let you use the credit you earned—or rather, purchased with your time and effort—by watching ads and downloading apps. You watch the ads, they make the money, and you're left with useless credit that you spent time to earn.

Luckily I don't always have money in my accounts..but I did a trial with ding tone .and ever since I tried to cancel it.. However, they keep repeatedly every other day try to take out 7.57 from my acct .I'm getting sick of seeing these declined transactions when they shouldnt even be attempted anyways

Y'all taking $5.99 outta my Brokerage account on the 8th at 2 am STOP NOW REFUND MY MONEY OR MY LAWYERS WILL BE IN TOUCH. SECOND TIME WARNING YOU FIRST WAS E-MAIL NEXT LETTER 🤷🏾‍♂️.

The free trail doesn't activate.. I paid for a number and now they tell me everything I try to get a number that I cannot but then when I ask for a refund they don't respond,I go check recent reviews apparently their scamming hordes of people.

I only purchase one month and they charge me the second month even their phone numbers didn't verify WhatsApp.
The worse service I have ever seen 😡

I have paid twice for buying a phone number both the times the amount gets debited and the transaction fails. No refund provided yet.
I lost $ 10 .

I went here guys to trust pilot to check the reviews. I found everybody speaking badly about dingtone but i said you know what, let's try it cz why not it may work. And it didn't you don't receive no calls no sms, you can't even set up them number in my whatsapp. Please guys don't waste your 5$ instead go eat a pizza. Thanks. (If you are asking about the solution i found it in vyke ...)

If this app supposed to be free why are y'all charging me$32 and some change if it's free I don't supposed to be charged at all so you get a one-star rating

We Purchase 2 Numbers 1 US And the other one is CA and two numbers not receive messages .

If you don't need to lose your money stay away from this website also support is zero not recommended over wise you can try your self :)

I want to put zero stars …. But it won’t let me Worst App EVER!!!! If you want to speak to your significant other in the USA from the U.K. calls drop or they don’t even show up or have a ringtone at all they take your money when connecting and then turn it around and say it’s a you problem it’s causing a lot of unnecessary issues in my relationship as it’s looking like it’s me when it isn’t tried to contact them about 10 times with the same issues and yet they do nothing is anyone else having these problems ? 23 missed calls not showing up and 9 voice mails not showing up either until I look into my email this is not on and needs to be sorted ASAP……

Absolute rubbish. Scammed me out the money and it does NOT work. Couldn't even receive a text msg despite it being sent multiple times. You can't contact them. They have a fake help section but when you click submit issue it does nothing.

BEWARE IT IS A SCAM.

I tried their service and then wanted to cancel it, but the problem is that the DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT option is buried deep into one of the menus and I ended up spending at least, if more than 45 minutes trying to find it and even then I found it by accident! Very bad designof their user interface and to cause customers to waste time to deal with something like this!
