Palit GamingPro 3080, I ordered one on the 29th of October, it arrived Friday the 18th, the only constructive criticism I could give is several times I was told one thing for another to happen, such as Implying a card should arrive within a few weeks (stock arrived but not enough to cover my order, I get that this is out of the control of Dino PC but they overpromised and underdelivered, from a consumer standpoint that was frustrating, then it happened again when the item came into a dino, I got an email stating it will be sent in 48 hours, and a second email stating "This should ship tomorrow for delivery Thursday" as this was the most recent correspondence. I expected it Thursday. it didn't arrive.

I emailed stating my disappointment with being told one thing for another to happen, instead of a genuine apology or some attempt at reconciliation, I got an argumentative response. I could have sent them back with emails showing exactly what I meant but I'd rather play Cyberpunk and forget about it.

At the end of the day, they managed to secure a 3080 which at the moment is a nightmare to do.

They actually managed to pull through in 2020, a year of scalping horror, to get a 5600x to me before Christmas. Incredible.

DinoPC saved my nephew's Christmas

DinoPC saved my nephew's Christmas, by being the only place which still had stock of the CPU we needed for his budget gaming PC. Great price, quick delivery, no problems. They even included the stock cooler, which we weren't expecting since it wasn't the retail boxed version.

Trustworthy and respectable

Brought a 2070 super from them and delivery was as expected, no damage during transit. Had to return due to a better component becoming available for a lesser price but their returns have been also top tier so far

This place is Legit

This place is Legit. Was looking to buy a 3070 and there was none in stock anywhere. Stumbled upon Dino pc and saw they had a couple in stock but I remained sceptical as like I said, I couldn't find stock anywhere. However after purchasing the 3070, it was delivered very quickly and works perfectly.

Gaming upgrade

Second pc we bought from Dino pc , easily configured found choosing parts easy and helpful that when picking cpu minimum fan spec was highlighted something other sites don’t do , we opted for no ssd drives or O/s as we used our old drives to maximise our budget , son opted for a 3070 gpu card so had to wait a few weeks for parts to arrive , emailed once to check on Eta and promptly replied too by staff member Kate on a Sunday morning, system arrived swiftly once part arrived , DPD delivered easily tracked on the day of delivery son very happy with new system very impressed it looks stunning in the Fractal case and is a beast , well put together very tidy ,son now playing No Mans skies with ease which his old system struggled with which used a 1060 gpu card 24gb ram on a ryzen 5,
I did note the warranty is 2 years where as the old system was 5 years which was a cheaper system but we never had a problem

The warranty has changed, it may seem shorter than the last one, but you get greater benefits, like your parts and carriage are covered for the whole 2 years, where they were only covered for 18 months and 3 months respectively on the last lot of warranty.

Huge let down

Huge let down. Purchased Ryzen CPU and Asus graphics card online - both shown in stock. When I checked progress a few days later I was told the CPU was not available after all but they’d put aside and would dispatch the graphics card. A few more days later I’m told my graphics card had been taken for another customer. When I ordered online there had been plenty of other retailers I could have used... 8 day’s later everyone’s out of stock and I’m left high and dry for Christmas.

I am really sorry about the disappointment caused to you by this. We will often order in stock direct from a distributor when we receive an order due to not being ale to hold every item in stock at our warehouse. Unfortunately due to delays with the 3000 series and an unprecedented demand on the other cards that are lower spec but good performance due to this, mixed with constraints caused by covid; and the global affects it has had on the industry, it has resulted in a national shortage of GPU's. I can see one of the team got in touch about the CPU when it was arriving, but you had managed to source one else where.

I am glad you could get on else where and I am really sorry about disappointment we caused you, with the stock delays we had after you had ordered the goods.

Great Product

Ordered a PC which included a 3070 on 10th November, was expecting a very long wait due to the latest 30 series fiasco but PC arrived 24 days later. Support was very fast to respond and very helpful on letting me know where I was in the queue.

PC works great (so far!), did have a issue with no video output when it arrived but I was able to fix this by refitting a RAM stick which may have come loose during shipping. Cabling is very well organised, performance is brilliant and PC is very quiet.

Ideally would have preferred to have received a email or text a day before delivery, but it was a nice surprise!

First time customer!

As as first time customer I am very impressed. I recently purchased an RTX 3070 after noticing they were pretty much the only place to have any stock. Given the demand for these cards and how quickly they sell out, I wasn't sure if I was one of the lucky ones to get my order in before they indeed sold out, so I decided to contact customer support. What I got was a very helpful, speedy and friendly experience.
