I bought side steps for my car from Direct 4x4 and they arrived in a couple of days, are excellent quality and easy to fit. The before and after sales service is second to none and they reply promptly by email or you can speak to them on the phone, unlike a lot of other companies. Top class, don’t hesitate to use them.

The steps are thick steel and aluminium very easy to fit very strong and robust. The customer services are excellent too they even got back to me on Saturday evening the best steps I have ever fitted

Excellent product bought a 2x2m pull out awning for my medium wheel base van and it’s phenomenal; easy to set up and durable. Easy to put away too!

Appreciate the product and the delivery. The issue I have is with the lack of assembly instructions for my particular order. There are no instructions in the box, the online pictures are pretty vague and there is no YouTube video for it. ‘ The big one goes in the middle and the small ones at the end’ was not exactly helpful

The customer service was second to non from the initial telephone call to getting technical advice and booking the car in. The customer service was also brilliant when I took the vehicle in to have two steps fitted. Heather came out and put protectors in the car and to be honest was brilliant through out the installation process. Use Direct 4 x 4 a great bunch of guys working as a team and giving much better service than most main dealers. Thank you to all the team.

Very Quick and good service

Ordered and item after a brief conversation on the phone, sadly couldn't get a fitting slot suitable to my availability as in amd out pf country travelling in camper. Bit delivery was spot on. Instructions for fitting (non supplied), but product excellent for what I want.
Am having it retro fitted by a company near where I am based shortly but product fits the description as advertised and perfect for what I. want
