The customer service, I received broken parts of a canopy, replacement parts were sent out to me with no extra cost.

Phenomenal company with fantastic products that are amazing value for money. Second to none customer support and after sales. Would absolutely recommend, we have several of their expedition products and still plan on getting more!

From visiting for advice and a look around, Craig has been absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgable of the roof tent range, shows a clear passion to the hobby, but also the company brand! After collecting my tent, had some problems (related to my car, not the product). Again, Craig’s customer service was above and beyond, smooth and quick solution to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will for sure be back for additional extras to go with my set up!

My wife took my Hilux down for an aluminium tub cover to to be supplied and fitted at an appointed time . The team were very pleasant and ready to start work immediately. My wife and elderly mother in law were both treated with the upmost respect. Coffee’s and a tour were provided.
The following Monday I went down to thank the guys for the way they looked after my wife and mother in law where both. I then purchased a fridge/ freezer and a pair of roof bars . Again the guys were polite, friendly and professional.
This level of customer service is hard to find these days . I can’t recommend Direct4x4 highly enough.

Took my Range Rover to have side steps fitted , absolutely first class service , they look amazing they even put a different step each side for me to choose the one I liked the best, 100% top company , definitely recommend great team.

From start to finish these guys were great to deal with. Even though I hadn't bought the product from them, the canopy was on the truck I purchased, they could not have been anymore helpful. I opted for replacing some damaged parts and upgrading some existing and installation.
Every step of the way was handled expertly by friendly experienced people with a wealth of knowledge and great customer service (which is all too often sadly lacking these days)
Craig was especially great to deal with as was everyone else. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Hello I purchased some side steps for my range rover sport on the 20/02/2021 and had them fitted to my car at a cost yesterday on the 18/04/2025 I had to pay the garage to remove them as they were about to snap in half I would expect these steps to last longer than 4 years I guess they didn't even last 3 as rust was appearing last year we do very little miles in the car and we do not use chemicals when washing.
I thought I would contact you before I left a review and see what outcome arises I have attached photos of purchase and the dia state of the steps.

We only offer a 1 year warranty on this product.
Checking your purchase date for order no. 12516 - (22.02.2021) this brings you out of the warranty period and so cannot offer a replacement free of charge, I don't see any means of contact from yourself at any point since purchase until now to report any concern with the product and looking at the photos I would agree it does look quite used/worn but considering the length of time they've been on I would consider this normal wear and tear.

I can offer you a 15% discount if you wish to buy a new set of running boards from us.

Received the side steps when I opened the box to check the product I noticed there was no brackets phoned up they were sent out next day

Absolutely brilliant service asked for advice and what to recommend and got help straight away by e mail and was also helpful and friendly polite on the the phone and delivery time was bang on always communication and I have already recommended to others thank you for your amazing service

Side Steps for my Audi were easy to find on website. Purchase was straighforward and dispatch was rapid. Received my package in under 24 hours to Northern Ireland. I'm no mechanic but the after sales support has been fantastic and made installation a lot easier.. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Ordered various parts from this company all of which look fantastic on my 4x4. Had a few issues with brackets but nothing that couldn't be resolved with a quick call. My go to 4x4 company now purely based on peace of mind, cost and quality. So far I've purchased rock sliders, rear bumper, canopy, awning and a rack system.
