DirectDoors.com Avis

Excellent service, fast delivery, good communication, including courtesy call.
Highly recommended and will be using Direct Doors again in the future.

Ordered a barn style door in white from Direct Doors. Great choice, good quality, efficient service and speedy delivery. Only been up for two days, but it looks great. Would definitely purchase from Direct Doors again. Thank you.

The doors I ordered were extremely good value for money - they were good quality and easy to fit plus they were delivered on time and in good order

very good service from Direct Doors - they picked up an error I had made in ordering enough handles and sorted it with me very quickly. Our property is hard to find and not very accessible and they liaised with the courier who were fantastic - we often have problems with supplier and courier not communicating but this was faultless. We like the doors as well ! And very good delivery lead time. All accurate. Would highly recommend

Easy ordering process. Delivery arranged to our convenience. On the day of arrival the driver called prior to delivery giving us a estimated time of arrival which was really helpful

Really easy to order and it came when stated so no hassle in having to hang around waiting. As the fire Door was fitted nearly 15years ago it was amazing to still find the correct threshold bar.

Professional service and prompt next day delivery.9

Excellent, really fast delivery I would highly recommend. Friendly staff and really helpful.

My size of pocket door was out of stock but well worth the wait. I thought the unit was expensive until I saw the finished article. Claira was super helpful when I asked about a part. Delighted.

The item I purchased online arrived on time and was well packed. The quality of the item is high and is exactly as advertised. It fully meets my needs. Very likely I'll return to DirectDoors for additional purchases.

Thought the door was a little pricey, but when it arrived was well worth it
Very heavy solid oak door

We have recently converted a garage into a home office and ordered what we thought were solid oak external doors from this company. They were fitted and stained following the instructions. It turns out they were veneer and the Ronseal product used made the veneer split and warp. They leak around the glass pains. There was nothing in the instructions to warn against this product and DirectDoors have denied all liability referring to small print saying that all customers should ring the manufacturer of the treatment before applying! Indeed it wasn't even clear they were veneer. These Cottage oak doors were clearly not fit for external use and the instructions were poor. The company's customer service was appalling and they have attempted to blame us for their poor quality product and refused to give a refund or replacement. It took weeks to get a response and they kept asking for more information to try to find an excuse to avoid liability. The doors were £1700. We will be reporting them to trading standards. Do NOT buys doors from here.

The website is good and the descriptions are excellent. I was able to select what I needed and have the items delivered without issue or delay.

Was delivered in time to requested instructions. Great quality doors and furniture. Have dealt with DD before and will continue to do so in the future.

Website excellent, order process easy, very prompt delivery,

Ordered and paid for a door in October and we still haven’t received. We were originally told November, then December and now after I had to call to chase that it won’t be delivered now until January. We were also told we couldn’t get money back as it’s a bespoke door so now just have to wait. Such poor customer service from managing expectations to lack of communication to getting the impression they just don’t care now they have our money.

This is the second door I have brought form you and the service is always really good
trying to deliver the door at a time that suits us

From ordering to delivery the service is 1st class. The two doors ordered are quality products. I would definitely recommend this company.

great website and easy to order esp bespoke door sizes. Have not received product yet.

First Class Service, Highly Recommended
