Impeccable customer service!
Honestly so pleased with the service I received. My paper textured labels arrived today and they look fab on the candles I am designing! Really lovely quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I was also so surprised to receive multiple rolls as I was only expecting one sample label, which was such a kind gesture.
Alishba has been amazing from start to finish; so friendly, helpful and quick to reply. The whole process has been really easy and it’s been such a positive experience, especially as I’m just starting my small business.
Because of both the excellent service and the fab quality of the labels, I’ll absolutely be placing a full order for my other scents once I have everything in place to start production. I’m really looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend.

How long it took to sort.really poor
3weeks now and still not received.i phoned and was told the proof needed my consent.noboby phoned or messaged me to tell me this until after 2weeks I phoned to ask where my stickers were.pretty poor really.this was a try out to ordering thousands more but won’t bother now.

We can see that a proof approval email was sent from our proofing system, but we understand these emails can sometimes be missed or filtered into junk folders. We also appreciate that this caused frustration, as you were waiting for your order and had to contact us for an update.

We had a tight deadline to meet and the team went above and beyond to rush our order through in time, which we really appreciated. Communication was great throughout – they kept us updated at every stage so we always knew where things stood.
The customer service was excellent – friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful. The stickers themselves were also fantastic quality, exactly what we were hoping for.
