Order received late
Got lied to multiple times about delivery date, I approved my labels straight away to receive them as quick as possible. It took over a week and a bit but after speaking to multiple agents, one was able to help me by sending my order out finally, and for it being so late she offered free reprints as I explained the situation.
Not a great experience and wouldn’t really recommend the company, but the last agent did a great job at making up for the lateness and issues, she is the reason for the decent review.

I can confirm that an email was sent to you fromsupport@kdpproofing.net, regarding your proofs and this was required before we could print the job. We do send proofs where required, as we did in this case, but I completely appreciate your frustration with the delay and that the ETA was missed.
We are extremely busy at the moment, however, I totally understand that this does not take away from the inconvenience caused.
I can see that my colleague has already offered to reprint the order free of charge, as well as sending the current order out. We have also waived the pre-10:30am delivery charge and provided a 5% discount.
I have contacted you directly to see if there is anything further we can do to help turn this around. We do value you as a customer and would really like the opportunity to put this right.

The quality and consistency is great but not fast!
The quality and consistency is great. I have used multiple times and for all my labels for work, and will continue to do so. Giving 4 stars as it is anything but fast, given the name is fast labels I find this misguided . 10 days is a standard amount of time. And faster (just an extra days or 2) can be an extortionate increase that is not worth it.
