Brilliant food and amazing customer service

I’m frustrated with their services. It shows everything available on uber eats app, but when I place an order, they ask me to cancel it, claiming the item isn’t available. As a result, I end up losing money

Food was lovely, staff was very friendly and welcoming, also the presentation was very impressive :)

Ordered via Uber Eats.
Used to order food from here regularly 2yrs ago until the quality and service became increasingly poor.
Thought I'd give them another go tonight and nothing has changed.
To fair, the food was never hot, but never cold as it was tonight!
A total of 8 calls were made by the shop and/or Uber Eats to get the order delivered.

The customer service is good

We are regular customers to dixy in foxholies, Shirley road. We are very surprised there food are in critical condition like them. They are selling the chicken feather on.they never ever wash the chicken straight from the slhauter house to the fryer. When we are ordering online they invite their guests who were waiting outside to taste the food you will be very surprised to know the Acocks green branch crime toppers the Asian Asylum. No wonder! Working for council services depending on your characters and where the character of you are outsider your immigration status if your status are doubtful you are the part of the games line that. Never ever be the customers of dixy Harams. Don’t rely the just eat will help. They are crapp like them. We are massed because we are honest, and practicing Muslim and prefer the halal food to suits our standard. We are not interested to over charged the food like a bin style. This relates to store - Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham. Ordered via JustEat. Specially asked for no mayonnaise on my burger. Got mayonnaise. I have allergies so food went straight into the bin. They also left out a strawberry slush that I was forced to order to get a delivery as I dont drive.... guess what.. that never come either. So for £16 all I got is a rio tropical drink and a small portion of fries compared to all the other dixys I have used.

I made an order on the 22nd December my phone broke and I got it back on the 24th I called to let them know I didn’t receive my order and they put the phone down on me instead of sorting this out

recommend the sizzler wings were so nice and the number 2 burger meal. haven’t tried a better burger meal in nottingham . would highly recommend

the place in general isn't the best, the chicken is rubbery chips were cold. asked for red salt on my chips they didnt put it on, overall isnt the best i recommend pepe's

I am utterly shocked and disgusted by my experience at Dixy Chicken in Basingstoke on 20 November 2025.The service was already terrible slow, disorganised, and we were ignored while two customers and three Uber drivers were served before us, even though we arrived first. But the real issue is the shocking lack of hygiene and food safety.
One of the staff members (a man in a yellow shirt with a beard) was wearing black gloves, but was touching everything with the same gloves; the food, the counters, and even using his phone while talking on it, then going back to handling our food. He also was not wearing a beard net, which is basic hygiene. Completely unacceptable.
When we got home and began eating our meal with our family, halfway through we discovered that the chicken was RAW. Not undercooked, RAW. We deboned the rest of the box and realised almost the entire box was raw inside, even though it looked cooked on the outside. We had already eaten one box before realising this.
The next day, both me and my partner had food poisoning. Severe diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain. I personally am clinically vulnerable, living with a rare autoimmune condition, recently finishing rituximab infusions and steroids, and currently on medication to prevent infection in my lungs. Eating raw chicken could have been life-threatening for me.
This is extremely dangerous for the public. Many people I know have also complained of being served raw or soggy chicken from this same branch. This needs URGENT investigation. I will be reporting this to Environmental Health.
Avoid this place for your OWN SAFETY.

Seriously, how hard can it be to get 6 items correctly delivered? They were fine with the delivery time, but when we got the food half of it was missing, whats more we can't send them a message quickly to get them to fix it ASAP as it says its still en-route. I don't want to phone you you bellends, just get it right first time!! And allow messaging for heavens sake, now I've got 3 hungry kids and myself annoyed.

Huddersfield Town centre Dixys.Terrible experience. Went on the app and ordered something. After half an hour I called them was told no order received you must have placed it with the other store on Wakefield road. I called them they said system is down just go back on app and cancel your order to get your refund. I told him I cannot because I didn't register so no details will be there. now I'm out of pocket £18

Giving the kings heath branch in Birmingham a one star is being very generous because they don't even deserve that. I ordered from a uber app they then put on the app that I had already received it half our after I ordered but in reality I got it an hour and half later, after ringing the store 15 times. The worst thing is this wasn't the first time it happened. Last time I was reassured it was a one time thing as they were short staffed. This time the blamed something that happened on the high street but what they didn't understand is that I also ordered from another shop which was opposite the and they can on time which was 20 minutes of ordering.

First time visiting the area. Fancied chicken and chips.
When I got my order I was 2 pieces of chicken short. The chicken itself was very greasy and soggy. The smell is something I've never smelt before. Absolutely vile!
Wouldn't give it to my dog!
