Poor Delivery Service
Charged us double delivery charges for next-day delivery, and the order still delivered late.
The sweets themselves were fantastic as usual.

Delicious sweet
Sweet was super delicious..we ordered 15 kg mix sweet in half kg boxes and jalebi as well. I can say it was fresh, very well packed ..Came on time as it says next day delivery. I called them as well to make it sure that I should get sweet on time. Customer service was excellent.

Good quality sweets
I recently ordered sweets in different batches from Panji Sweets to be delivered at different locations.
They maintained their quality of the sweets as well as the service of posting on time and ensuring it got delivered on time. Packing was good

Disappointing all round
Using DPD to deliver your sweets is an error on your part.
I have found them to be a thoroughly disorganised and unreliable company.
I'm always disappointed by their performance and this time was no different.
They and you told me that they would deliver my order on Tuesday 7th of April.
It did not arrive unsurprisingly.
It did come on Wednesday the 8th. Miracle of miracles.
Your sweets are well made but mostly taste the same, so I will not order from you again.

Excellent service and very testy sweets
Excellent service the sweets are made fresh and they taste absolutely amazing and delicious. They were packed very well and had great delivery service too. Customer service in the store are very helpful, il be getting more next time.

Delicious yellow modak
I ordered modak for an altar and my family. They were loved by all, so delicious. Beautifully shaped and decorated. They arrived very quickly and were still cold. Shelf life is longer than stated

Great customer service & delicious sweets!
After a very bad experience with Royal Sweets, decided I would try Panji, as have had great service from them before. Ordered sweets for Christmas on 23/12/2025 and the sweets arrived today 24/12/2025! Brilliant service and as always, the customer is considered and looked after. The sweets are, as usual, wonderful too! Would recommend highly! Well done Panji Sweets!
