Dixy chicken Chetham hill Franchise is a gang of fraudster. They cheated with Just Eat & looting customers money without delivering food.

I placed an order for grilled chicken with chips but received chicken with rice and then normally previously when ordered I used to get bottle of coke but this time it was a can which I asked the staff and she said we don’t do bottles was quite disappointed and also wen I placed the order they said it will take about 15 mins but it took them about an hour this Dixy chicken is Cheetham hill branch on bury old road the staff is not friendly at all one staff lady was chatting on her mobile to someone and another one on phone texting while cooking and I thought it was very unhygienic touching her phone and food

This is just too good and fresh food and nice pizza and wings and very good offer of FAMILY FEAST. GET DIXY TO Be HAPPY.

I didn't order food but went to the security as we were being followed by a man and my friend was very intoxicated and I was trying to look after her.
They chased the man off by saying "she's my sister" and odd things like that, and then asked for my drunk friends phone number and said they were joking.
I explained that it really wasn't funny and couldn't even stay there to feel safe.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Good prices good deals hot food sometimes get order wrong but most items turn up would use again lv the wraps n chicken fillet burger bang on

Regular customer at Dixy. Ordered a Combo Bucket. Bucket filled with too much salt and chicken is sour. My kids could not eat. Usually like this sometimes. Last time I got it the chicken was raw.

This has been the most expensive take-away of my life. I was practically knocking on death’s door a few hours after (unfortunately) digesting their rather underwhelming veggie burger. A delightful bout of food poisoning meant I missed my flight, had to rebook everything—flights, hotel, the lot. Never, and I mean never, order food from this place. Minus 1000/10 stars.

Second time worst experience. Ordered burger meal, the fillet was so awful and hard on edges we had to leave the burger half way. Fries have been cooked and cooked. Oil doesn't feel fresh. Only thing we liked was can of drink (coke, 7Up). I am done with Dixy now

Offered a deal more than the chicken was valued at the advertised price. Tried to take advantage of a drunken customer. Bad behaviour

If there was a zero star rating I would definitely give it for the Birmingham Dixy, the place looks unhygienic and toilets not clean there was no hand wash for people to wash there hands with, the food was mediocre at best and when I asked for some cutlery 🍴 I had sour look from the woman in the scarf at the front they didn't even have uniform on and also made a remark about my ethnicity when the went to the back , so disappointed would never want to come here again it's a shame if they improved on the staff working there, there might have been hope for the place when they first opened they where professional and all staff had uniform 🥋 on now the service was good and now it just looks rundown and getto like the staff don't look after the place

I was today at dixy chicken and I waiting 30 minuntes for my food, it was very terrible..the beef it wasn’t beef…it was vegan beef something like that😵 I don’t want to go and order again there. And also I request 4 wings and they give me 3 wings:))

The Dixy fried chicken restaurant in Ilford Lane Ilford is absolutely awful. There is no other word to describe this place, period.
The burgers had tons of salt in it. Dangerous levels in my opinion.
