Returned an order to USA (no where on the UK website was this stated) with postage to be deducted from refund. 3 months later I am going backwards and forwards having sent proof of postage twice now being fobbed off by 'customer services' (the irony seems lost of them). They can't locate the return and this is somehow my problem. So ive paid £165, sent the items back, cant get a refund and I am not happy. Totally bloody useless. Avoid at all cost.

This has been the worst shopping and delivery experience I have ever had. My order was shipped on 22 July, with a clearly stated delivery time of 4–7 business days. It is now almost a month later, and I still have nothing. The tracking system shows no clear delivery date.
Customer service from both DNKY and FedEx has been an absolute disgrace. I have contacted them multiple times via email, but received no real help — only empty, repetitive responses. No one has taken responsibility. I demanded a full refund or same-day delivery, and still nothing has happened.

I was a bit scared to order from the site since all the bad reviews, but they had great sale on a bag I wanted. So I ordered with no expectations. The shipment was (as expected) longer than 5-7 business day. I emailed them after 7 days not expecting an answer either since the customer service was reviewed to be awful. But they answered after 2 days & gave me super helpful information. The day after they shipped my bag (10 days after order). After that my package was with other carriers and it took 15 days for the carrier to deliver from US to Sweden. Then during this time I got no updates from the carrier so I asked DKNY team about more information, they answered after a day and said they’ll look into it with the carrier. Two days later however I got the package, they haven’t answered my latest email however. But I got the package in about a month & had great help from their service team!

I bought a size 14 as on DKNY I’m used to their sizing but it was far too large and not the quality I expected. I arrange a return, which wasn’t straight forward. However even though I bought the same item in a 12 and paid in full, it’s costing me about a third of the original value to send it back it’s still not been ‘fulfilled’.

I ordered 2 shirts and 1 pair of trousers from DKNY.com. Despite the small items, DKNY used oversized packaging (over 60 cm wide) which caused my third‑party shipping company to apply a $44.36 dimensional weight charge.
I emailed DKNY Customer Service on July 29 and August 2, but received no reply. Two follow‑ups have been ignored.
This lack of response is unacceptable for a brand like DKNY. I request a resolution — partial refund or shipping cost compensation — as a matter of goodwill.
I will update my review if DKNY responds and resolves this matter.
Very vwry bad service don’t buy online
Charged me $15 for shipping and return of soiled item
Bought a white dress online. Arrived soiled with black marks on the front and very crumpled. Had to email photos for a return and refund. Not only did they not refund the $9 shipping fee for sending me a soiled item but had the audacity to charge me a $6 return fee. So they want $15 from me for a dress that was obviously soiled and unwearable. Disputing with my credit card company. This is the sort of experience you expect from a dubious operator. Do not buy online.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Ordered a skirt on the 24th of May and still haven’t received it. I emailed enquiring about the order and got no reply. I phoned customer service on 10th June to be told it’s on the way and I would have it in the next week, still nothing.

I bought the dress on DKNY website…
I purchased the dress from the DKNY website on 05/30/25. However, I never received a confirmation regarding my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and received NO response from them! Today is 06/09/25, and after contacting FedEx, I discovered that the shipping company has not yet received the item, only the tracking number. Due to this disappointing experience with my purchase, I have disputed the payment.

I placed an order for a DKNY bag and paid extra for fast delivery (promised within 6 working days). It’s now been over 10 days, and not only has my bag still not arrived – it hasn’t even been shipped yet.
Customer service has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. The live chat only operates for 4 hours a day, and outside of that, they don’t respond to emails. Even when you manage to reach someone during the short chat window, they are unable to give any useful updates — just repeated “we don’t know” responses.
It’s disappointing to see such poor service from a well-known brand. If you need an item in a timely manner or value customer support, I would think twice before ordering.

Purchased a bag which was faulty. After several emails, finally got a reply, then passed around different departments. Was promised a replacement, however had to pick out of a small selection. Promised the replacement bag, still no sign and no replies from them. This has been going on for around 5 months. Unacceptable customer service, been totally fobbed off.

First time customer
First time customer. Very poor customer care. Able to provide proof of the majority of my order was not in the box. The first call was told there is no where to send the video proof and they are unable to provide a confirmation to the call to customer service. Received only one of the 4 of the same sale items. Was told they could not send the missing items until a management team looked into it. It would take 3-5 business days to get back. Well they’re going to at the very least take the full amount of time because it is Sunday and no reply, no refund, no return phone call regarding the missing items. The box was feather light upon delivery. There was no way four items were in the box. Glad to have taken a video of me opening the sealed box to give to my credit card company. Today, Sunday, was told new information that I could send the video proof to a customer service email address. Have spent a whole lot of waisted time trying to get resolve with due diligence. Will never shop from this corporation again. Doesn’t get worse than this. The second representative I spoke to was genuinely kind to the situation and the lengthy time it takes to get assistance. I hope that they review the video and improve. It will be a slow process and confident I will eventually get the return of my funds for the missing items. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company that I trust. Something you should not have to do. Thank goodness there are places to voice the experience. I wish I had researched the company prior to shopping online from them. I would have avoided them.
This company is using false…
This company is using false advertisements to sell their products. It takes them weeks to reply, then they just ghost you. I bought mens boxer briefs stating it's 100% cotton on the box. But when you open it and on the inside of the boxers it says. 57% cotton, 38% Polyester, 5% Spandex. I bought this for health reasons. But it's a lie.
Absolutely appalling return policy
Absolutely appalling return policy! If you're outside the US, consider your purchase from DKNY a final sale, regardless of any defects or fit issues. I recently tried to return an item, and was met with complete stonewalling. Not only is there no clear, accessible return process for international customers, but the estimated shipping cost to send the item back was literally the same price as the product itself. So, essentially, DKNY expects me to pay double the item's value to rectify their mistake or my dissatisfaction. This is beyond unacceptable; it's daylight robbery. Avoid at all costs if you're not in the United States. You'll be throwing your money away.

Never going to buy online from DKNY again! Awful customer support and return policy! The order arrived late (after multiple emails inquiring for the order status with no response), and it was not as described, and when I returned it, they charged me for more than $50 shipping fees, let alone the delayed refund!

I recently placed an order with DKNY Woman and unfortunately, my experience was not positive.
The order took significantly longer than expected to arrive, and the item, while beautiful, was unfortunately too large.
The return process was also quite lengthy. Despite following the return instructions, I received only a partial refund and had to pay a return fee of £33.44.
While I appreciate the quality of the products, the overall experience was disappointing.
I hope this feedback is helpful for future customers.
