Dog Food Advisor Avis 

I have used this site for many years for both my dogs 5 and 7 years old (from when they were puppies). I have recommended them countless times as a trusted and unbiased source of information. Whether looking for diet or age specific recommendations they are my go to. I really appreciate their articles on various topics - most recently I read their “Guide to CBD products” as my younger dog gets very anxious when we are away from time to time. They also have a Q&A page where a Veterinarian answers common questions from subscribers, and a dog food recall alert. More recently they started a cat food advisor website and I am following that as well since I have 3 year old (you guessed it) fussy eater cat! Love it! Highly recommend both sites.

Under new ownership and it seems improvements have been made to how dog foods are rated. I also really appreciate the dog food recall alerts

I always consult this website for information and have for years. I’m a retired k9 handler and food selection is something where a disinterested knowledgeable authority is very helpful. Suspect reviews are definitely out there. I’ve been using the website most recently to advise friends when they ask about treats, toppers, and food. My malinois is 12 and still active.

I love the emails that come from this company! They always have great information and advice. The main reason I signed up for this program was for recall alerts so the rest is just a bonus! Keep up the great work 😊

Dog Food Advisor provides a great deal of helpful, detailed information on dog food reviews and recalls. I find this extremely helpful in deciding on the quality of food I give my dog.

I use them a lot. I love that they are always on top of the pet food recalls. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the links they provide whenever they have any information on care or training tips for your dog my phone won’t open them. I wish they could put the info in their email I receive every day🤷‍♀️.

The most thorough source of information and specifics on each brand and many flavors of pet foods. I could locate information and learned how to ask the dog food companies relevant questions.

I started following Dog Food Advisor in 2020 when my regular brand dog food started making my dogs have tummy troubles. I think the company had changed their recipe due to supply chain issues, but I no longer trusted them to keep my dogs safe and healthy. Since then, I've found another brand that is working well for them and get regular updates on dog food recalls. I also enjoy the emails about dog nutrition. Thank you Dog Food Advisor!

Not only that, but their suggestions and reviews are not subsidized by companies - no incentivizing here. I have been a loyal reader for many years and know i can trust them - even in the bizarre internet world of the present.

Dog Food Advisor is a great source of pet information. The are very informative. They have articles that I find important being a pet owner and backed up by veterinarians. They alert you when there is a recall on dog products. Glad I found this site several years ago. Enjoy receiving their weekly newsletters.

Their notifications of food recalls has been truly invaluable, since local news doesn't always report. They also share articles of interest regarding canine (and feline) feeding recommendations for healthy dogs and for those with gut issues. Excellent!
