Having now used this company for some time, I must say the service is beyond excellent. They deliver next day from across the country and much quicker than our local supplier. Had one little problem (my fault) and they sorted it immediately on the phone and by email. Must be nearly 2 years now and the time is right for a review. Guys/Gals, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE for your raw dog food, this company simply rocks - keep up the great work

We're so happy to hear of a reduction in Dottie's allergic reactions! You must feel so hopeful seeing Dotti's conditions ease, and the return of a happy dog!
Indeed, for some dogs, traditional farmed proteins may lead to reactions such as paw licking and itchy ears (environmental factors, especially at this time of year, may lead to reactions too). Elimination diets are always beneficial in identifying a possible source.
Southcliffe, was a great suggestion, as the brand offers not only protein variety, but most importantly, offers single protein and mixed protein options, with clear composition descriptions, giving peace of mind.
The health and happiness of dogs is paramount to all that we do. Please know that should you require further support regarding Dotti's raw diet, our friendly, knowledgeable team is always happy to assist.

I had an issue with delivery of an order I had placed. I contacted Raw Dog Food Company and I have to say their Customer Service was amazing! The courier never delivered my order but Raw Dog Food sent out my order again. Fantastic Customer Service, would highly recommend.

Hi Vicky - thank you for the 5 stars! Whilst we do everything possible to provide the best service and products to our customers, the delivery part is literally out of our hands!! Whilst nearly 99% of orders are delivered next day, there can always be practical problems - like snow and floods!! Thankfully, we have a great logistics partner (and customer service team - thanks guys!!) and I'm very happy to hear that this was quickly resolved to your satisfaction.

I absolutely love buying my dog’s food from this company! They’re always so friendly and easy to deal with — any time I’ve had a question or needed help with an order, it’s been sorted quickly and without any fuss.
My Labrador, Maple, is now 6 months old and she absolutely loves the raw food. It’s great quality and clearly suits her really well. Delivery is always spot on too. I honestly couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them to other dog owners!

Lovely friendly staff and good variety
Lovely friendly staff and knowledgable. Set up the transition for our dog from dried food. Good selection of varieties, although would love to see some more with fruit in too, blueberries, strawberries etc in the not so high end brands.
Personally, I prefer the old ordering method. Now placed my order, and no slots available until Tuesday. Im bit restricted on when I can collect due to an illness, and whether I am up to being able to get there on the specified day, yes I know I can get delivery, but like to look in shop too. Is there stock still being held at Taverham for a 'quick top up' if needed or is it all held elsewhere now?

Our entire raw and natural ranges are available at our Taverham retail location (and on our website too!). Due to expansion, all our Click & Collect orders are packed and dispatched from our central warehouse and logistics centre. We are really proud of our Click & Collect network, as it is a free service and offers convenience with some pre-planning. A great feature of our Taverham Click & Collect is that if you have forgotten something in your order you can easily pop into our retail store to purchase.
Complete minces with fruit and vegetables are available at a variety of price points to suit a range of budgets. Please do ask a member of our friendly and knowledgeable team regarding what brands include plant nutrition at the price point that suits you - we'd be more than happy to assist. Another option is to boost and all protein 80:10:10 mince with a supplement blended with wholesome fruit, vegetables, herbs and seeds that re-hydrates with water. Many of our customers like to add plant nutrition and this offers a convenient and nutritious alternative.
