Good people, good price, good response
A friend rescued a cat from Brisbane, knowing it would help me to get a 3rd cat again after going from 4 cats to 2 (cancer)
I was going to drive there and home with Stevie, but suddenly got sick and had to get a solution
I’ve had a cat transported from Mackay to Sydney by a different business in 2020, however since then started individual cat rescue, and read posts on Facebook animal pages about baggage handlers at the airport have let a cat loose
It wasn’t those previous people that worried me, only the baggage handlers
This is why I researched and found Dogtainers
They were friendly, attentive, and provided updates when they got towards Sydney

If there were more stars to give, I would. I highly recommend Pets Abroad. I was really nervous about relocating my cat from the UK to NZ, but the Pets Abroad team made every step so easy. I want to especially thank Melody, who was my PA adviser, no question was too silly and she helped me through every step with ease. I was provided with many updates during my cats travels and it really did help with the whole process. Thank you team :)

Little Piper had a great time
Little Piper had a great time. She was delayed 24 hours but Josh and the crew looked after her. Piper was quite happy to give licks
Ethan and Laena were very helpful and kept us informed as soon as they knew that Piper would not be flying on our flight du to a plane issue

Dogtainers were amazing in the final stages of getting our dog into Australia …
Dogtainers were amazing in the final stages of getting our dog to Sydney. They worked seamlessly with Pets Abroad and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Their communication was superb and they let me know as soon as our dog arrived in quarantine. They were also excellent at updating during the stay and ensuring we had everything when our dog was ready to leave quarantine.
Highly recommend!

Ace in Mount Isa
We had to move our GSD pup, Ace, from Brisbane to Mount Isa and were limited on days and times. Dylan went above and beyond to secure a flight for Ace. He arrived safe, sound and stress free. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!
The experience with Dogtainers getting our 11 year old rescue Irish Wolfhound Tank to us from Cairns to Sydney was a breeze. Great pricing and very helpful
Rang 3 times with different questions and the male (sorry didn't catch his name) was very helpful which as this was my first time purchasing interstate made the experience so much easier. The flight information that I received and I forwarded on to the seller was not very clear with the important information ie what time to be at the airport. An information sheet that states this kind of important information you would have received 5 stars.

Darwin to vic
Laena was very professional and caring for my 2 dogs and 2 cats. I was super worried about them flying and driving without me but laena sent me photos of them and brand me comfort.

Great communication from the start to…
Great communication from the start to finish. The booking process was super easy and so much more affordable than other companies, I was impressed with everything. Drop off to pick up our little pup was cared for and transported with care including everything she needed. I’ll definitely be using this company for any future pet transportation.

I was so pleased with dogtainers
I was so pleased with dogtainers, they were th best for price and were so friendly even though I made the mam wait at the airport for me for over an hour as I didnt check my phone to see he had tried to contact me to let me know my flight arrival time. I totally forgot but he didnt mind, he was really understanding and professional. Id highly recommend dogtainers and for sure will use them in the future if the need arises.

Great first time experience
This was our first experience at having to fly our animals so there were LOTS of questions. Laena-Leigh was the lucky (or unlucky) one to answer the phone. She answered all my questions and made the process sound so easy. Laena-Leigh was very cheerful and welcoming on the phone. My daughter said the drop off process at Brisbane was super easy. At Melbourne to collect our animals it was very reassuring to see Willow & Nacho unloaded from the plane in a gentle manner (even though that is other employees doing that) The pick up process was simple and the staff we met at the other end were polite and it was a quick process. We will definitely use Dogtainers again when they return.
