Best pet moving company
My German Shepherd Tidus had never flown before and I was anxious on how he may cope.
The team at Dogtainers were so wonderful providing me photos of him ready to go in his travel crate for departure and arrival and keeping me up do date on his movements.
I 100% recommend Dogtainers to anyone who wants to transfer their pets. They were amazing.

Amazing service and a seamless pickup and flight to Perth

We have used dogtainers twice now
We have used dogtainers twice now, both dogs from Canberra to Perth. One dog is a boxer, the other is a smaller maltese shih tzu. Both times, we had an amazing experience. Specifically, Hannah, who physically dropped Alfie off at our house. She even checked in after to see how the introduction (between boxer and shih tzu) went.
We also got plenty of real time updates as the dogs were in transit.
Oh, my mum used these guys 7 years ago, when she got her dog transported from NZ to Australia, and she said they were great then also :)

Talked to amazing staff about arranging for my sweet little Italian greyhound to be flown from Brisbane to Hobart. And she arrived safe and sound. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I booked my move and paid… within 2…
I booked my move and paid… within 2 weeks my booking changed 3 times.
Laena-Leigh was fantastic, and nothing was too much for her.
We had our dog fail her BOAS test, then one cat fall ill just days before departure. So only 1 pet could actually fly on the day.
The alterations and refunds were dealt with professionally and promptly.

Reliable and Straight-foreward
As usual, my experience was positive - from the first phone call for my 3 puppies to be transported interstate, right through to dropping them off at the airport on the day of their flight. Ethan managed to secure all 3 flights within an hour of each other so that I did not have to make multiple 3 hour round trips to the airport for drop off.

Excellent care and service
I moved to Melbourne from Brisbane a few years ago and have been using DogTainers a few times a year to transport my dog, Duke, between Melbourne and Brisbane so he can visit my family. The team at DogTainers are wonderful - the communication is always great, they are always on time and they even send photos of Duke as he leaves or arrives so I know he's safe and happy. They treat him like he's one of their family and that makes a huge difference.

Truly a great team, wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl. Laena-Leigh was so communicative and flexible finding a flight that worked for me, and Audrey was lovely on pick up and getting a reassuring message (and photo) when my cat was on the plane and on her way.

Laena in the office is just brilliant. I drove her mad asking me to send and resend forms etc. And she does everything so willingly. She is a star.
And as usual, Pippa was taken very good care of and was absolutely fine on the flight.

Less traumatic than I expected - thank you!
Our 18 month Golden Retriever rescue arrived in a better state than I expected, considering it was her first flight and first experience of the big city. She has settled down considerably today. I think the experience would have been much more difficult without the attentive staff from Dogtainers. From my initial quote to delivery, communication was excellent. Staff clearly take care of their precious cargo! Thank you!
