I rejected my canopies so he only got my deposit. He dose not have any standard of good workmanship at all.

Told 3-4 weeks for fitting; nearer 6 and then on the day of fitting was told van wouldn't start. This was Friday now Sunday. Top fitting is not flush with wall so water will get down and cap covering fitting has dropped off, Would I deal with him again--Never?

Initially very pleased with the canopy and the service we received. However, a leak in the canopy, probably from a leaking water pipe inside the canopy, soon developed. Neil responded to my query immediately agreeing to come and investigate. He didn't turn up and has since ignored all emails. Not sure why. Illness? Holiday? It's been almost 3 months. Not satisfied at all

All i will start with is what a nice guy neil is.

The canopy was fitted yesterday and looks fantastic, we had a hiccup as their van broke down and was given a generous discount which has been appreciated.

I would disregard all the negative feedback as neil is not a cowboy or con artist i would recommend neil 100% thank you!

Found the door canopy we wanted on the website and received a very quick response to email query with a quote for removal of existing canopy and installation. Excellent and efficient installation service and really pleased with the how the product looks.

I was looking for a replacement to our old canopy and stumbled through my online search on doorcanopy.co.uk. I contacted Neil via email and he replied promptly.
