Initially very pleased with the canopy and the service we received. However, a leak in the canopy, probably from a leaking water pipe inside the canopy, soon developed. Neil responded to my query imme... Voir plus
With help and advice from Neil we managed to find hip roof canopy to replace old corroded canopy,Neil arrived nice and early removed old unit spent time measuring up etc to make sure all ok prepared... Voir plus

Very good service, ordered our canopy and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to be done and was done within that time today efficient and reliable would definitely recommend this company

Excellent experience
Excellent service! After much internet searching I found this company and had lots of questions about what I could get and specifications as it’s not an item you purchase regularly! They were answered promptly and with plenty of detail so I was able to choose what I wanted with full understanding. They have so many designs and options so it was great to have such choice. Neil was always clear, transparent and helpful. Fitting was completed on the date and time we agreed and was completed with minimum disruption. Beautiful finished article, looks fantastic. Would highly recommend

I’ve just had an anthracite canopy fitted
I’ve just had an anthracite modern canopy fitted by Neil on my Coach House Conversion and the whole experience has been excellent with prompt delivery & predelivery advice through to an efficient and friendly customer experience . The unit looks great and is of a nice quality , handmade at their workshop . I would highly recommend this supplier .

Very Happy Canopy Installation
Very happy with canopy and installation, clean and tidy work and Neil was respectful to our home. Only downside was getting installation date, communication could be improved but would have no problem in recommending company to others

Thoroughly professional service
We’ve just had a new door surround fitted by Neil at doorcanopy.co.uk and our front door now looks fabulous. Great experience from the point of first contact. Neil came out to measure up and was clear about the cost, fitting and expected time scales. He arrived nice and early on fitting day and took his time to do a very professional job, as well as being a nice bloke! He even took time to fit our new house number for us. We're very happy with the service and end result and would highly recommend.

This man has booked 4 different…
This man has booked 4 different appointments with me to install new door canopy and let me down every single time- no contact, no conversation. My big mistake was giving him any more chances after the first time. He has cost me over £200 in time off work all for nothing. BE VERY WARY 😡😡

Very pleased with our new canopy
Very pleased with our new canopy, it looks great! Hard to get an anthracite grey one. Neil was very friendly and drove down from Leeds just to fit ours. Only Knocked a star off because I did have to chase for an installation date.
