Just had the items picked up from Doorstore the other side of the country and it went perfectly. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I also got a courtesy call to let me know they were ready. Would recommend.

Selecting a door from the Doorstore range was easy and the staff were informed and helpful. We were also recommended a range of fitters and chose Colin Quinlan to do the install. He is a very conscientious carpenter, fitted the door expertly and left his work spaces tidy after completion. A real star - highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their door fitted.

Good communication,Immediate response saying will be a 2 week delay and arrived exactly in 2 weeks. Did not check the door on arrival, when carpenter came to fix noted few dents/scratches. E mailed them responded immediately and provided a discount for that.

Ordered the door online which was very easy with clear sizes. Door was delivered and was so well packaged.

I bought a lovely wooden door from the boucher road door-store Belfast. Sam the joiner was absolutely amazing and the door is fitted to perfection.

After receiving our delivery we discovered one of the doors was damaged. Contacted Alan Kerr in Boucher Road store and immediately he resolved our problem. First class aftersales received from Alan, very helpful and professional. Will definately use this company again. Thanks again Alan.

After many years of renting this was the first time we needed to actually buy doors so did the usual thing of searching Google. The Door Store had the doors we wanted and delivery time was great. The doors themselves are nice and solid, no complaints! Will happily use again.

No problem with the quality of the doors but delivery charge was expensive and not good value as the courier/decertify company was very poor. My wife and I had to unpack the pallet and offload each door onto the pavement. Driver would do nothing, touch nothing and would not take away any of the packing etc. Will only buy more if there are other delivery options.

Order was correct. Delivery was slow but didn’t hinder progress.

easy ordering, lovely doors and kept fully informed throughout with regular updates regarding delivery. Arrived as expected. Will definitely be ordering from The Door Store again.

Good product and price would recommend...only negative no delivery date so no idea what day would arrive, although separate courier service
