We were contacted by telephone as soon as we placed our order to be offered some advice on what we had ordered and what was actually required. The person was very helpful in a polite and professional manner. We are pleased with what we ordered

Excellent communication from start to finish. Very pleased with the 3 doors I bought, they look stunning. Only issue is that the delivery driver couldn't bring the doors into the house at its 'curbside delivery only'.

If i could award stars for the quality of the doors....then it would be 5 stars
BUT for the delivery 1 star only
I ordered on a Friday afternoon, knowing the website said 48 hr delivery. I needed them by the following Friday. By Wednesday, no doors, so i emailed. The reply was prompt, explaining that they had had a bank holiday, unlike where i lived in England.....and promising that the doors would be on their way asap.
The following week, still nothing. Each time i emailed, polite fast response, problems with delivery company etc. I eventually received my doors on a Tuesday, a full 2 weeks later than I expected...19 days including 3 weekends and an extra bank holiday!
Incidentally....the hinges were also very high quality.
Lovely polite people..... but such an appalling delivery experience...and NO, they did not offer to refund any or all of my delivery charge

Sadly my letter box arrived with a dent and a large chip in the enamel which mean it will rust shortly. Couldnt send back as it was being fitted the following day.

Happy with the service. Always someone on hand to ask questions. Still waiting for my remainder 2 door to finish off the order as they are out of stock, so far so good.

Very pleased with the quality of the doors, but why do I have to pay £40 delivery for each door when they come on the same pallet? It does not cost £160 to deliver 4 doors!
