Glyn, Elliot and Dave were great so helpful and efficient would highly recommend them and Doreebonner of course. They made a stressful situation much easier and more manageable couldn’t have got through the move without them.

We were allocated to this company through our house insurance company when a cat went through the wall into my Mothers front room.
This company packed stored and delivered two rooms of furniture. Both collected at different time to suit us. Both delivered back after many months of storage returned at different times.
We are very happy with the everything about the procedure. All staff were very polite and professional. The office staff were a a delight ti deal with and bent over backwards ti fit a long journey of our inti the planning.
The lads were respectful and obliging. We had several staff members on our journey with this company. All equal in our recognition. Adam and Cam were the last two to finalise the job. Thank you all.

An excellent service was provided, with very short notice , all my family's belongings were kept safe in storage for us due to a slight hiccup with the bank . Then once we had the keys to our new house , all our belongings and furniture were delivered and off loaded with the greatest of care , the guys that turned up were very professional and very understanding . I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again .

The experience from my appointment with Adam the goods being picked up and shipped back to Australia was outstanding! Adam was so helpful he made this a stress free experience. Olly and Joe turned up on time, were very polite, and were outstanding packing up all the belongings, and took real care with personal family belongings inherited from my brother in law. Would recommend this company 100%…. They were fantastic!

Harry Sam and Des arrived punctualy to take our furniture and white goods for storage. They were friendly ,professional and communicated well. Great job, thanks fellas !

Ash and James were great. They were punctual, efficient, careful with everything and really friendly. They even provided us with a packet of biscuits! Excellent service from both of them and I’d definitely recommend.

I have had a disastrous time with Doree Bonner movers. We have recently moved across to the Gold Coast and used Doree Bonner to move our stuff from UK to Aus. They came in at a reasonable price so we decided to go ahead with them. We took out insurance on the important items and our stuff was on its way.

Our stuff was in storage at a family members home while we waited to secure a rental. Our belongings arrived in February and we secured a rental in May. I noticed when first inspecting my goods in Aus, everything I had packed had been unpacked and repacked, all my packed moving boxers were marked so I could easily unpack in the correct room but Doree Bonner jumbled everything up. We had a pool que attached to an axe, we had trainers in our microwave. Every single tote box we purchased to protect our belongings was destroyed and broken. Our TV's were plastic wrapped and not protected at all which resulted in one broken.

The kicker was while unpacking boxes, my husband and I kept saying where is this and where is that. Atleast 2 cartons of our belongings did not make it. Tote boxes I had packed with glassware had other random miscellaneous items in it, only 5 glasses arrived and 3 were broken (Which is fine and normal to have a broken glass here and there), beautiful Japanese carving knives I bought my husband have vanished, pillows, toasters, vases, linens etc etc, all gone! I contacted Doree Bonner straight away to discuss it and was met with the standard jargon of sorry for you, 34 boxes were dispatched from our premises and 34 boxes arrived in Aus, I was also then advised I only had 30 days from delivery to claim insurance.

Where my irritation lies, surely our boxes should have been unpacked and repacked with one of us of present and not at their premises without anyone present? I have immigrated before and have always had our belongings packed in front of us if this needed to be done. It makes me believe some sticky fingers were involved whilst my stuff was in the care of Doree Bonner.

I do not recommend.

Ash and Sam were polite, efficient and did a good job on communication arrival time and packing up our two shipments to the US and Australia.

We had bought our new house and were moving our belongings from DoreeBonner storage. The whole staff worked hard to make the day and the time fit to all our requirements, the vans pitched up and all our stuff was unloaded and put into the right place very quickly. There was no damage to anything - the house or the belongings as they took great care in handling it all. A big thanks to Barry Brooker, George Harding, Cameron Allen (thanks for the bed making!) Richard Toghill and Desmond Springer. Indeed a big thanks to you all

Dale, Jay and Darrell what a fabulous team!
Nothing phased them and they worked tirelessly packing and loading with extraordinary precision and speed, we were so happy to have had them for the entire three days.
A very professional and highly recommended team.
