They came and got my stuff so efficiently that I didn't have the time I thought I would to finish up some things that needed to go. That's a good thing. They were just great in every way. Unfortunately, my ticket is torn, so I don't have the names of the guys that did it, but the job reference number is 267718. Everything from my initial call to the company, to them accepting my tip that wasn't good enough in my mind (I didn't have enough cash to give them what I thought they deserved, just what I thought I would get). The while experience made an extremely stressful and depressing time in my life much better. Everything arrived just fine as well with nothing broken. I don't remember the date.

I would highly recommend this company. What really stands out is how committed they are to making your move as easy and stress free as possible. The staff are always easy to reach, responsive, and genuinely willing to find solutions. Their customer service made a real difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ashley and Ben turned up - what super polite gentlemen, so tidy, and efficient - nothing was too much effort for them.

Packed up all our belongings and sent them on their way.

Doree Bonner is the only company one should ever use during a local or international move. They are extremely professional administratively. Their packing team who did my house were better than any I have ever dealt with and over the years I have dealt with twenty or more moving companies. Special thanks to Adam in sales, Angela in administration and Ian in packing. I am very fussy who works for me and how they conduct themselves. This company beats the others hands down.

A 5 star rating for the team members on the day, especially Sam J (Team L) and Harry D. They were sent on their own to move us out of a 3 bed house - an impossible task on completion day which led to my partner and 68 year old father having to help dismantle furniture and get it out to the lorry. We were late moving out but would’ve have been even later if they hadn’t helped. Desmond S, Cam A and Craig M came later in the day and were great as soon as they were there but we were in the impossible position of playing catch up.

Unfortunately Head Office were poor to say the least - their expectation that two team members would be able to do this job themselves is rather confusing. I had to put multiple calls into the office and said I wanted a further conversation afterwards yet they’ve not called.

In summary, the frontline workers were excellent, polite and we felt taken care of. But I wish my interactions with the head office had been more open, honest and realistic about how the job would be handled. We also didn’t receive wardrobe boxes so considering all boxes were included in the price, this wasn’t great and something future customers should clarify.

Laurence, Tom, Ethon, Adam helped my move in central London in the heat wave with the coolest manner, professionalism and speed. Nothing was damaged and everything went smoothly. Thank you.Highly recommended. The pre move assessment and office administration were brilliant too.

Laurence, Ethon, Tom, and Adam arrive 10 mins early and had their trucks parked and their cool, professional and friendly attitudes made the whole experience exceptionally easy and stress free. They were very speedy and both their packing and subsequent unloading went very fast and nothing damaged or broken. I have moved many times in London and this is the best team ever. Highly recommended

Kieran G and Cameron A did a fabulous job of carefully packing and removing for storage. They were prompt, cheerful and thorough.

Nick, Craig and Harry were superb, I was so impressed by their professionalism, good humour and efficiency - particularly as the move was in the middle of a heatwave. They could not have worked any harder. I'm sure that not many people can say that moving day is enjoyable - but Nick, Craig and Harry made it fun and the best experience we could have asked for. They are truly a credit to the company. Thank you again to them for all their hard work - it was very much appreciated.

Dom and Joe L were really nice guys who provided excellent service, they arrived early, just got on with the job at hand dealt with any problems that arose in a very professional manner, they put me at ease.

Brian, BJ and Phill were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, polite, efficient and had a good sense of humour which made the move less stressful.

We used Doree Bonner in our recent move. We were contacted when we were told we would be. Obtaining a quote was stress free. They were competitive. Ant, Cam and Brian were reliable, funny and very hard working and we were at ease and impressed with their professionalism. They helped locate missing car keys, too... much appreciated! There was help from Des and Nick on the last day, to help finish the unloading of the lorry.

Moving was so incredibly stressful. Having this company and in particular the named individuals help us made the whole process much easier.
