2nd time we have used d p skip hire and both times we have had a really good service .
The skip arrived on the Fri a day earlier which was good because we could get started early on Sat instead of wondering when the skip was going to arrive .
Delivery driver was really good and friendly.
Will definitely use in the future.

From the first contact, to ringing for an earlier collection, the team very helpful, big shout out to Ryan the collection driver he did a sterling job, whilst coaching and training a new employee.

I’ve used DPSkip hire for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with their service.
However, on collection of yet another 16 tonne skip today , Ryan - who was totally amazed that it had been completely filled by hand! - came up with a suggestion that we hadn’t tried before and it will certainly make life much easier next time we need to hire . Thank you so much. Yvn. Trentham.

Booking online was very easy and I was able to email additional instructions for delivery. The delivery and pick up were timely and the driver found us with ease and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company if you are seeking to hire a skip for any purpose.

DP Skips have repeatedly placed a skip on my designated parking space in a residents only Car Park without any permission given whatsoever...They've been repeatedly asked to move those skips & have ignored all requests & have not responded to residents emails & phone calls ...These spaces are solely for vulnerable and elderly residents as each resident get an alloted space ...DP Skips have acted and behaved in a disgusting and disgraceful manner ....Do not use ...

The skip placed in the residents only Car park had absolutely nothing to do with the landlord or existing tenant(s) - they know full well that & have continued to ignore residents emails and calls . No such communication has taken place - and speaking with the landlord and other tenants - no skip was ordered under that pretext..
DP Skips continues to act in a unprofessional manner with complete disregard for vulnerable tenants alloted parking spaces..

Recently used this company for the first time and couldn’t recommend them enough, the service they provided was excellent. Jon, the girls in the office and the drivers were always willing to go the extra mile, everyone was polite and friendly. Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to everyone.

Awful service throughout my dealings with this company
Lack of communication throughout
Refused to take a skip that they said was too full, admittedly it was over the full line but I have seen much worse. Had to have a second skip to empty the first one which cost another £100. When they did eventually collect it, there was another full skip on the trailer which was piled a lot higher than mine had been.
When I complained I was told it is up to the driver, no set rules if it is over fill line. Basically you might be lucky and get a driver who will help or you might not - hardly treating customers fairly !
I will never use this company again - gave 1 star as one of the drivers did actually help when dropping off a skip

The company was very polite fast and easy company to work with this has to be the best company in Britain thank you 🙏 The drivers wer very polite down to the lady I spoke with on th phone can’t praise you enough definitely will recommend you and will be using again soon

Cant praise these guys enough, skip delivery was really quick. Their customer service is brilliant both on the phone and face to face with the drivers. They managed to get the skip where I needed it and my drive is steep and a tight fit for a wagon. Great company will definitely recommend them!
