From start to finish Dream doors Canterbury were friendly, professional and helpful. The finished kitchen is like a brand new one at a fraction of the price. Michael and Archie were excellent tradesmen and went the extra mile in realligning the cabinets and overcoming the obstacles that always pop up on any installation. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and recommend Dream doors Canterbury.

Excellent customer service, from visiting the showroom to job completion. Helped with choosing replacement doors for our wardrobes, with hint/tips on colour choice to suit the room type and decor.

Quality work completed, from replacement doors and new dressing table in bedroom 1 and new wardrobes, with sliding doors in bedroom 2. The workmanship was quality, also, the respect they have during the work, I.e. covering carpets, and leaving no mess.

Where do I start ,the first install date was 2nd March acutally started on the 7th April. Fitter arrives asked me what he had to do.he then asked where are the doors I dont know was my reply he then had to drive bavk to Ware to collect them. When he unpacked them he found there was two doors short so still the job not completed, I phonef the shop was promised the shop would phone me back,of course they did not. Iwould not recomend this company to any body.

Rather old-fashioned shower-room cabinets replaced in a day by Josh and the Ipswich team. The room is now much more bright and modern. Very reasonably priced, and a problem-free installation by Steve. Thoroughly recommended.

Extremely helpful, Dream Doors in Horley, Surrey went above and beyond just fitting new cupboard doors!

From downloading a brochure to completed kitchen the process took under 2 months. Everyone involved in the process was helpful advising alternative suggestions if what we wanted wasn't possible.

I said I wanted a hidden pull out cutlery drawer which they'd not heard about before but they did some research and found just what I wanted.

In addition to doors they fitted sides to cupboards, even moving a couple of cupboards to accommodate. We had a new tap, new oven and they built me a new, fully fitted cupboard and a shelf.

Because our integrated washing machine wasn't fitted as tidily as the kitchen fitter wanted, he pulled out another appliance, tidied the hoses and refitted both so they are now flush with each other.

I really could not fault their level of service.

Excellent service from the point of enquiry through to completion of our kitchen. The fitters worked non stop without taking a break. The quality of the doors and worktops is first class. All rubbish was collected on a daily basis and we are delighted with the end result.

We have an ongoing dispute with Dream Doors South East London. The worktop supplied has breaks in the laminate on the edges in several different places after only 6 months and we insist that there must be a manufacturing fault. Having dealt with them and their head office over 3 months they and the supplier insist that the fault is with impact damage and are unwilling to remedy the situation. Our previous worktop lasted 15 years without any defects in the laminate, so we insist that the worktop supplied is sub-standard, especially as they are expensive. Even with normal wear and tear it ought to last several years. I wil not be recommending them to anyone else and will refer them to Trading Standards.
As a separate issue, we pointed out that the handles fitted to the drawers were different from those on the doors. They never came back to us! Once they have your money they don't want to know.

As I expected the mysterious William has been predictably silent despite asking for my contact details following this review. It confirms my statement that once Dream Doors have your money they don't have any interest in any ligitimate complaints. We still maintain that we have been sold an inferior worktop which doesn't match the standards they advertise on their website. They refer back to the supplier but don't take any responsibility for products they have sold as the retailer. So unless we go to a solicitor or small claims court they have no interest in our complaint.

My kitchen miracle by Stuart, it's actually magic wand stuff, a mere example, my new granite sink didn't fit into my expensive existing quartz counter, painstakingly, he persevered reducing the edges of the sink with a calm confidence and a bloody finger, outstanding, it took a while to sink in!
Let's not forget Joe, super helpful, electrician, he would not give up on my socket, it was looking bleak - solved!

It was a pleasure to deal with Colette and Brand. on our first meeting all was explained about what would happen . We made our choice of worktop and sink, they were fitted by 2 very competent fitters exactly how we expected and we were promised.Excellent service and quality.
