Great service from start to finish.
Great help in store, very informative and no hard sale.
The two delivery men were brilliant, polite, clean and very efficient at their job.

Smooth Operator!
The sales team were helpful but there was no pressure selling. When I decided to order two weeks later I were was given a choice of delivery dates and information on what would happen on the day. The delivery team took away the old mattress and placed the new one on the bed carefully avoiding walls and paintwork! Very happy with my new mattress. Full marks to everyone.

Everything from start to finish was flawless. Website soo easy to use, ordering was quick and secure. Communication about date & time of delivery was superb and extremely accurate, delivery guys were great. All-round cannot praise Dreams enough, shopping as it should be. I visited Dreams in Aylesbury
I visited Dreams in Aylesbury, first of all I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how friendly the staff are. John at the Aylesbury store helped me and offered me a drink which was a lovely touch!
John immediately made me feel comfortable, cracking a few jokes here and there which made me feel looked after. Asking about what I was after and knowing everything about the products I was looking at.
I didn’t at all feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t need, he just wanted to make sure I got the best of what I was after.

In store assistant very helpful. Bed delivered when said. Bed built quickly, shoe covers worn and all packaging removed. Shown how to raise ottoman part and made sure I was able to do this myself. Excellent service and love my new bed.

Another terrific experience at Dreams
The sales consultant, ZACH, was excellent - interested, thoughtful, well informed, no “hard sell”, rather a low key factual explanation of the different products available and the best options to consider in the light of our needs. We were delighted with our purchase, as with our previous visit a month ago when AARON was similarly superb in explaining the available options. Highly recommended.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. New bed delivered and installed within 3 working days of ordering by an excellent 2 man team. Very polite and helpful, with a good sense of humour, and they resolved an issue regarding the recycling of an old single bed. Would recommend Dreams Beds to anyone based on the service we received from the Aylesbury Store.
