Great customer service from the Canterbury branch and a big thank you to Frances whose patience and good humour helped us choose the right mattress with the help of the Sleepmatch machine. She was very knowledgeable regarding any questions we asked and made us coffee too which is always a bonus!

Love Dreams! No hard-selling. Really listen to your needs and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Needed a guest bedroom king size mattress on this visit and left with what we went in for. Previous visits (different area) we have bought beds and mattresses and still happy with them. Their customer service is always really good as well as their range of products.

Easy shop experience-
From entering the store to leaving having brought what we wanted, nothing was a problem. We used the sleep machine, which was a strange but exciting experience. I love Gavin & Stacey, so having Stacey’s voice was great. Very excited for my new mattress to be delivered & to start sleeping well again.

The service we received in the Canterbury store was superb. The Sleepmatch machine chose a selection of mattresses for us, we tried them all at our own pace without the staff member giving us the hard sell. The order process was simple with a wide selection of delivery dates available.
