Dreamspas Avis 

Purchased the Jupiter spa from the Newbury showroom and was installed on 13th September 22. Amazing service and advice during the buying process and the install could not have been smoother. The guys were so helpful when explaining how to look after the water etc. would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a purchase.

We bought our hot tub 2 years ago from Dreamspas Cardiff. Had fantastic friendly service and support from John Taylor, who has continued to be a great help! Would highly recommend.

Terrible service. Bought a hot tub 18 months ago and the first time I tried to drain it I couldn't due to a fault. After several phone calls, the operations manager came out and confirmed it was faulty. He came back a second time and eventually managed to undo the valve to release the water.

This year, I have exactly the same issue and keep being told j have to pay £85 for an engineer to come out - no one is taking any responsibility. This is not the first time I've had an issue. The delivery guys literally dumped the hottub in my garden and "had to leave to go to drop off a £30k swim spa to Cheltenham but can you leave a 5 star review". I didn't and then a review appeared, not written by me, in my name, singing the praises of the company!!! I have cancelled my "service" agreement as, to be honest, it is a waste of money when the company clearly doesn't provide a service.

We have received fantastic service from DAVE at dream spas Swansea. From start to finish the whole experience has been a breeze we went to the show room on Sunday bought a tub had it delivered the following Wednesday. The delivery guys were amazing and talked me through everything in depth on how to look after my tub. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We are 100% satisfied with the product and professional service we have received.

Excellent customer experience, George (Newbury) showed us the different spas and which one would suit us best. Very happy with the service and look forward to enjoying the spa.

Our swim spa was delivered smoothly, on time and we are completely satisfied with the product and professional service.

Apart from the wait for delivery, all was excellent. One very happy customer writing this while in the tub.

Decent enough hot tub. Unfortunately they gave us the wrong information for the electricity supply. After running in an armoured electricity feed under a patio the fitters arrived and told us it needed to be a rubber non armoured feed. Turns out it wasn’t the first time that the wrong spec was given to a customer. Signed up to the monthly fee for chemicals etc and haven’t had a delivery 4 months in. An ok experience with Dreamspas, would definitely shop around next time however.

Bought a Malaga city line hot tub from Swansea showroom. The whole purchase experience was excellent from the very beginning. David at the showroom gave excellent advice and we even tried the wet test as the facilities for changing and showering were superb. We tried the slightly smaller Palermo and the Larger Kilimanjaro. We were given ample time to evaluate which made the decision making much easier. This has resulted in us being thoroughly satisfied with our choice and the after sales service. We needed to delay delivery a few times as our garden redevelopment took longer than expected. Dreamspas delivery team were very understanding a very helpful, made the whole process very smooth. We had an inspection of our property to evaluate access. The result was a spider crane was used from Portacover who were fantastic and in conjunction with the Dreamspas delivery team it was handled very professionally . Our access was very troublesome and they made it look easy. I would definitely recommend Dreamspas .

I called in to Dreamspas for some advice and information on the hot tub I purchased off them and was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and help I recieved, All the staff at Dreamspas are a credit to them nothing is too much trouble for them. EXCELLENT

Really pleased with purchase. Jeff at Bristol was excellent in explaining the various models , and arranging delivery etc. Delivery was prompt and we had a challenging space to get into but nothing was too much trouble. Since purchase the team have always been on hand to help, so good after sales as well. One small improvement would be for the team to spend more time talking through maintenance, once installed.

Great service from the initial conversation with John in the Cardiff store to the 2 guys who installed our hot tub (sorry I can’t remember their names), very helpful and knowledgeable team. The Jupiter hot tub we purchased is excellent and does everything we required. If you are looking to purchase a hot tub I would recommend the team at Deamspas and the Jupiter HotTub.

After having a garden renovation me and my husband decided to get a hot tub, we found Dreamspa’s by accident and we’re so happy we did.
We went in with an idea of what we wanted but were open to suggestions, we spoke with David and after a few questions he showed us the Wellis Malaga, he went over all the features and we showed him the plans we had for our garden, we decided to shop around a bit before committing and after going to a few different stores we just kept coming back to the Malaga every time.
After some delays with the garden work we decided to just go back and have a look and after speaking to David again we just decided we’d waited long enough let’s go for it.
We were so lucky they had our exact model in the colours we wanted in stock so we had a very quick turn around of about 10 days, we do have a very steep driveway so we’re worried about delivery but after speaking with the team at Wellis we were able to work out that scaffolding would be best so we didn’t need to have a crane luckily as this was a bit of a sticking point with us.
I cannot fault the delivery team at all they were brilliant, they manoeuvred our hot tub into place while barely breaking a sweat. Phil and Dale were fantastic and showed us how to use everything, they helped us so much and went above and beyond, we honestly couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend from start to finish.

Great service, the tub arrived and was installed as promised. The installers gave us a full run down in how everything worked and couldn't have been more helpful. John and his team made everything go smoothly and I cannot recommended them highly enough.
