The customer service was excellent – 5 stars to Sam and Olivia for organising everything so smoothly. The 4 stars reflect the need to change the training venue from Broxburn to Ayr to complete the practical tests. That said, the team handled it well and reimbursed my fuel costs after the change from Edinburgh to Ayr, which I really appreciated. Would happily use again for further training.

A great experience all round. The trainer i had whose name was Glenn, was brilliant from day 1! They teach you everything you need to know and are very knowledgeable. Make you feel at ease and if you listen to what they tell you then you cant fail! 5/5! Glenn also trained me for the initial cpc module 4. He was brilliant and made everything simple to understand and made passing the exam a breeze!

Just spent two days on a management refresher presented by Jackie Gee, what a great couple of days,Jackie provided more information that was expected and kept the class very engaged in the topics discussed.
She offers a vast amount of experience and knowledge and didnt mind sharing anything to hopefully educate the class on what is expected and what is good practice when operating a transport company.

Thoroughly enjoyed to TM CPC Refresher. Jackie is an excellent trainer and has given some very useful guidance to assist in the future. I would highly recommend Jackie
