Booking a driving test is so lengthy and complicated, if you are lucky enough to get one or where you want it. Our instructor recommended driving test genie after we struggled. This service is so brilliant. Within hours we had our 1st offer of a cancellation closer to home. The service is easy to use, customer service excellent and takes all the time consuming stress out of the process. We could not be more pleased.

I registered with this app a month ago and haven’t received a single booking since. It feels like a scam—they take your money, but there’s no return on the investment. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, but no one responds. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I hope others don’t fall into the same trap. I’ve already paid and still have no updates or resolution. This has been a terrible experience.

My experience with this company was very bad!!

I saw the ad on the internet and the reviews, it seemed to have good credibility and honesty, but everything starts after the payment.

As soon as I paid for the cancellation request, I immediately sent an email and asked to cancel my subscription and get my money back, because I wasn't going to use the service and I paid and regretted it.

The customer service representative's response was to say that the rules were clear and that they would refund the money after 30 days if I didn't receive any notification to cancel. I immediately responded to GENIE support and requested my refund and the person, pretending not to understand, sent a cancellation date so that they could use this as a service provision and not refund my money.

I paid and sent an email to cancel, it was immediate!!! The company's policy of not listening to the consumer's situation and carrying out the procedure to return the order is terrible.

GENIE, I just want my money back!!!! I don't want the service.

Be careful with this company!!

Leaving a customer satisfied and possibly praising and promoting the service is better than leaving them unhappy.
Throwing away £14.99 to not get the service is very bad!!!

No-fuss rebooking. Instructions were clearly stated all I had to do is wait. They do the job, might not be the dates you are looking for as cancellations are not a guarantee but overall they do what they say.
