Seems, FRAUD REVIEW & PAID. it is fraud app, no feature , no customer care, no support, I am unable to use it all.

App was dreadfully poor and didn’t receive any bookings so when contacting them I was told they would not refund unless they fail to find a slot within 30 days.
30 days came and went then about 90 days later I requested a refund and they refused. Scam company avoid.

This app and the people behind it, are absolutely amazing. Very efficient, profesional, fast and reliable.

A Must have, I was skeptical at first as all other cancellation websites had poor reviews but these guys stood out so I bought it and gave it a go. Great customer service replied within a matter of minutes and after 6 days I got a test booked at my local test centre where before it was miles away. 10/10 would recommend it's a win win.

Honestly this is a total scam. I would have love to give 0 star if I could. I signed up for a premium service where money was taken, and upon login in on the app, it looks very suspicious unlike other apps, I could tell something was fishy, I immediately request for a refund where I was told I had to wait for 30 days, I waited for 30 days, then I emailed again to request for my refund, I got no response, I had to go to their website and email the support team only to get a response 10 days after that, they won’t issue my refund because I got the same service somewhere else. Mind you they never sent me any test notification whatsoever I had to go to dvla website to get me a test date myself. Don’t be deceived about their ratings, i believe it was falsely generated just like their services 👎

BEST APP in the world

I do like this app, it’s better because it’s so easy to book when you are offered a cancellation slot, you simply text BOOK and the app books it for you, it saves the faff of signing in, by which time the slot has gone. I have used this app twice due to a test failure, the first time I was offered plenty of cancellations and this time, as cancellations are harder, it’s a nightmare trying to even get a test!!! I have still had cancellations come through. I think this is a great app 👍

It’s amazing, literally in a short time, I was able to book after receiving text messages and all I had to do is confirm it. The best service ever!!!

I am very disappointed with the service as I have not received any cancellations for my son within 5 months I had this app. When I asked to get a refund I was told to contact apple as that’s the way I paid for this app. Apple has refused to refund my money as I received this app but I have not received service that I paid for.

Is this a scam? Haven't had one notification and ended up booking through the Testi App. Testi sent me many notifications of available tests, you have to be a fast to book them but is does work. Asked for a refund and got the following reply below! Very disappointed.

Please see our terms and conditions which are common with many operators in this space. We do not offer a refund if:
1/ An account has not been running for 30 days OR
2/ If changes to your test date are mad outside our system.
I would suggest to wait until the result of the test which is in a couple of days time.

Was with Testi but when eventually got into site test had already gone. Far easier to use Genie as just need to msg back & they book it

Brilliant app! Managed to book a cancellation for next week. It only took just over a week for them
To find me a cancellation.

Not recommended.
Support and application are not friendly.

Dosent work, had it for around a month after not being “eligible” to refund and the app hadn’t even shown me one test dates I can show u my invoice

This app is absolutely useless.
I had it running alongside the Testi app and in the period of time I did this I received approximately 15 offers from Testi and precisely zero from genie.
I contacted genie a couple of times to find out if it was working correctly and they promptly responded that it was.
I finally managed to be the ‘fastest finger first’ on Testi and have passed my test with no help from genie at all.
If I could leave less than one star I would- very disappointed and a waste of money.
They seem more concerned with their reviews on trust pilot than with getting customers a driving test, therefore I have obliged them on my father’s account- I am Joe not Neil.

Really effective and great app! Especially as tests are super hard to get unless they’re booked months in advance! Would highly recommend.

They found me a test super fast in my desired test centre. Great!
