Absolutely faultless service. Phoned me to say there was a problem with my payment( my problem not theirs) Sorted it out on the phone and posted straight away. Received next day. Battery well packaged and cracking price too. I'll certainly be shopping here again. Well done guys.

Excellent personal service from Dronescend
Excellent service from Dronescend. Ordered as a gift so unable to comment on the drone itself but customer service was fantastic. Even received a phone call telling me the order had been received and was getting dispatched that day which was a nice personal touch in todays technological age. Will be looking at buying a drone for myself in the future and will definitely be using Dronescend. Thanks very much.

The drone arrived in good condition and any queries I had were dealt with quickly the actual drone works well and seems a good drone to learn on seems very stable in flight and camera works well.

A fantastic company to deal with
A fantastic company to deal with. I placed an order which they dispatched promptly. I had to contact them due to me having to go in hospital the next day. They recalled my items back from the courier and gave me a full refund within a couple of days. I will definitely be placing another order with them once I'm back on my feet.

I never read reviews much but read this one. I can not praise Dronescend enough they answered a my emails straight away and was so helpful sending links about how to get a drone license etc. I then order my drone from them because of this and it was delivered in 2 days excellent company recommended 5 stars thank you guys

I ordered a new drone from Dronecend…
I ordered a new drone from Dronecend knowing I could have got it cheaper elsewhere, but if I ordered from elsewhere I would have had to wait several weeks before receiving and probabaly have to pay import duty on top which would have made it more expensive in the end. Dronescend dispatched the goods same day I ordered and I received 3 days later. (Would have been 2 but Royal mail doesn't deliver on Sundays.) I don't know what their customer service is like as I didn't need to use that but I would have no problem ordering from them again in the future.

Dronescend I have to say your company is a rarity true customer service.
Dronescend I have to say have been one of the rarest company’s I’ve purchased from. Not only do they offer to pay via Klarna which allows the budget spender to purchase a drone with ease. That dreaded call to customer services doesn’t exist with this company, if you’ve got a problem with your drone or anything they will gladly help and aid you throughout the case. Even sending emails and follow up calls to make sure you have been sorted! I cannot thank you dronescend enough for all the help given. If your going to buy a drone but it from dronescend.

Spare parts, great service.
Needed some new props for a drone. Dronescend had them in stock, and at a good price, with free delivery.
They arrived on a tracked delivery on the expected day, so top mark's all round.
And yes I'll use Dronescend again for spare parts, and possibly a new upgraded drone in the future.
