DSC replied to my initial review so I called as suggested. This time I was offered an alternative solution to ensure our monitors are matching. I will give a go.
This was my first order with DSC & unfortunately the resulting 18" x 12" was very disappointing. The print ended up being very dark with a total lack of contrasting colours, nothing like the .jpeg file I sent them.
When I questioned DSC I was told I needed to buy an expensive monitor calibration tool ( 290 pnds) to get the required print colouring. I don't need that many photos to be printed.
I find it hard to believe they could not have provided a better end result.

Top quality prints
Printed a selection of large prints on Fuji Velvet paper. Usual top quality results and speedy delivery. Prints sent flat in a sturdy, well protected box. This is an excellent paper which I use for competitions and print sales, and very good value for money. Tip - if printing odd sizes (eg. printing a 16x10 image on a 16x12 print) then pad out your image with whitespace to the full print size to avoid your image being cropped.

Paid extra for delivery date ..
Paid for it to be delivered on a date which was £5.99 and here I am 3 days after the delivery date and still not photos . When tracking the delivery date it’s still not moved . So I would say not to waste your money and go to a reliable service

Fantastic service
Really great quality print at a very good price. I needed a large poster size print and it was really easy to order with a great visual guide (a person holding the print) to show the size. Speedy service, safe packaging. A really great service. Will recommend and use again.

Damaged prints replaced - no quibbles…
The original package had been folded in the mail and DSCL sent me replacements without any quibbles which I have just received in good condition.

Professional Service
An easy to use website that allows for images to be downloaded and fitted to the size required. Good communication to know when your order has been despatched. Excellent follow-up and resolution when there is a hiccup!
