DS Colour Labs Avis 

Great quality photos. Very pleased with the fast despatch and receipt of my photos. Will be using DS Colour Labs again.

Interesting that most of your 1-star reviews are complaining about the same thing as I am here! You're clearly not taking any notice of them. Here is my review: ...Not impressed. Sent them 10 machine print 6x4" prints (£2.60) Monday evening, paid for urgent DPD Delivery with them (£9.99). Wednesday received "Delayed in transit" from DPD. Called DS Colour Labs asking them to sort it, was told DPD are backed up, everythings delayed. Asked for my money back for failed delivery and they just cancelled the entire order, so I now have to go somewhere else (ie to their competitor) to get my prints done. I only live an hour's drive away. Royal Mail first class would have been faster but wasn't even offered as an option. Would you believe they even charge you £2 if you want to go to their shop to pick up your own order? Surely that's just a surcharge on top of their price?? For a professional photographic lab this was unbelievable. They just don't care about the client or their work. I've got a client waiting on pictures and now I have to run around to find someone to print them TODAY. Not impressed at all. Plus: I have just phoned you up and got nowhere, so I'm not going to be calling your customer services team again, now that I've written you a poor review.

Web site easy to use, order process simple to complete, order sent 8.30 and was completed and dispatched the same day received the next day, prints packaged in tube and are great.

The website was easy to use, uploading files very simple and the payment process very straightforward. good communications regarding the delivery, both from DS colour Labs and their courier DPD. Good quality prints received next day, with excellent packaging.

Easy to use prompt and well package return

I have been using DS Colour Labs for over ten years. Their service is great. Their prices are great. The quality of their prints is great. Their product range is great. On the one occasion something wasn't quite right their response was also great. They are definitely worth those 5 stars.

Very easy to upload and chose the options required. Prints were delivered very quickly, and are great quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else for printing photos.

Really good customer service, competitive price and happy with my prints. When I rang to clarify my requirements, even though they were initially misunderstood (this was partly my confusion) they were happy to do a couple of reprints free of charge. Also a prompt service.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I found them efficient, they kept me informed from when they received my films to when they had completed processing and were ready for posting back. It was also a fast turnaround . I’m very impressed

As alway the quality speaks for itself. I won’t use any other printing company for this reason and the prices are very good for what you get compared to ‘high street’ chains!

2 black and white prints ordered size 16 x 12.
Print quality was excellent on Fujifilm paper.
Unfortunately size came up slightly short for some reason. 15 3/4 x 12 and didn’t quite fit in 16 x 12 mount.
Hopefully will get sorted.

I have used DSCL for several years and always found them excellent to deal with, great friendly service, excellent website to sort my print requirements and good quick service. I no longer home print my photographs, but recently wondered about starting to do this again, I realised after a great order turn round, quality prints and a very competitive price, it’s just not worth home printing any more, plus DSCL offer so many other products to offer customers so it’s an absolute no brainer.

Initially I received the wrong photograph but this was rectified quickly once I had contacted them via email … quality of the photograph is very good and exceeds what you would get at a high street printers such a max spielman… would definitely use again.

Very easy to choose and order my print. Fast checkout, speedy delivery. And perfect colour quality. I would always make DSCL my first choice for large format photo prints.
