I keep asking these fools to unsuspend…
I keep asking these fools to unsuspend my card and they’re ignoring me for 5/6 months I can’t use the card outside to tap or pay I can only send and receive even though . I have o pending charge on the card it’s annoying. You have my card suspended and you don’t want to unblock it . Theres no charges on it. Stupid company

Following a review of your account activity, we identified usage that was inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions, which had been communicated to you on several occasions. As a result, the card functionality was withdrawn and this decision remains unchanged. We appreciate that this may be frustrating, however, we expect all customers to use our services in accordance with the terms agreed to when opening an account. Further details regarding the acceptable use of our services can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
