I had made an urgent lending transfer…
I had made an urgent lending transfer to a friend. Well over three hours with about three calls made to the bank, and the transfer still has not been processed. Mind you, I have transferred money to this aid person before. The bank has an unnecessarily long and dreadful procedure when processing outgoing and sometimes incomin transfers with no justifiable reason

They respond quickly to queries, but it can be difficult to call you back by phone if you are outside the UK.
