I've logged a complaint about poor…
I've logged a complaint about poor customer service and attitude regarding people I have spoken to no update has been provided it's the 15th day of having the complaint logged. When I call for an update in advised the team will get back to you no one does. At this point in time I would not recommend them. If no response is given by the end of today I'm well within my right to refer this to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

my friend sent me £301 they held money all day asked for so many documents I provided everything going back and fourth all day then they released the money I realised its got no virtual card couldn't do nothing so I transffered the money out now they blocked My account and have taken my money!! SCAMMERS PLEASE STAY AWAY I AM NOW REPORTING THEM

My experience understanding the process
Elizabeth, the custom service officer was so helpful as she explained how DT&T actually works. She was so patient in her explanation and where I did mot understand the process explained in such a way that it appeared simple. It took time but I have learnt a lot with regards how to send money abroad using DT&T.
