Excellent customer service and fast payment
Excellent customer service, my husband sent money into my account and I noticed it was on hold. I called the bank and it was deposited into my wallet within few minutes. And I also sent money from the bank directly to Nigeria, and within few minutes the money was received.

Had issues with receiving money into my acc, waited to get someone to attend to me, i got an email with the necessary requirement needed. I submitted them and my funds was released, also made a transfer to nigeria using the app and it went to the receiver same day.. apart from not having a virtual card just yet, yall are really great and helpful. Cheers

Highly recommended, experience so far has been amazing even when I’m not having a nice day they turn the upside down frown 😕 but right up 😌, they listen, give me time to speak and make sure the reason why I called was sorted out.
They call and make sure everything is going smoothly and if any assistance is needed not many transaction app does that.
At this point if DT&T had an actual online banking for everyday spending with a debit card I’ll be happy to sign up!!!!

Absolute shower
They randomly decided to close my account with no explanation and no warning. There is still money left in the account and payments still going on but they refuse to give me any information.
