Bought paint and filler from Yeovil branch. Filler was literally twice the price of Screwfix for exactly the same product. Absolutely no discount. Probably because my missus went on her own this time.... Voir plus

Excellent customer service
I am undertaking a major decorating project at my parents' home - hall, stairs, landing, kitchen and bathroom. My mother is a heavy smoker and their house hasn't been touched for over 10 years. I'm painting over analglypta type paper and the woodwork is emerald green gloss! A friend who was a professional painter and decorator recommended that I visit the Dulux Decorating Centre in Bedford to buy my paint etc. The staff were very helpful; they listened to me and were understanding of the situation I'm facing. They made a series of recommendations and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Ordered online, advertised specifically 3 days delivery. Phoned every day from the 4th to the 7th day, always being told that the paint would come into store for them the next day. On the 8th day chose to cancel the order. It took a further 3 phone calls to confirm the order was cancelled as no money was refunded(over 3 days). Told that head office need to be emailed for refunds. An absolute disgrace for an organisation of this size. 1st customer service agent said I wouldn't get the money till 3 days later. 3 days later no money and further phone calls made to chase it up. Next customer service agent told me it would take between 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Last customer service agent told me it would take between 3 to 5 days and finally that agent kindly cancelled my order and refunded me. Can not believe how badly organised this company are and how difficult they made it to recieve a refund, especially when it was them that were unable to fulfil the order, as specified on their website. Please think twice before doing an online order!

Hi. Just tried to do online purchase witch looked really good deal. As a new client i had to create new account. As you comming to put your number anything what you typing in is rejected. Rung Sittingbourne Dulux decorator centre and they kindly accepted my order over the phone. Which online order came up to 118£. Went to collect it and here you go- 178£🤦♂️
Just wondering is any law or regulations for missed pricing or wrong advertising.
60£ difference for what🥴🥴🥴
Store manager was convincing me that online prices are wrong, witch is official dulux website. Something is wrong there. People be aware
