Came across Dungeonland whilst looking to buy the Vaesen RPG games in the UK. Great stock of games (they had all the Vaesen books - which was what I wanted) at good prices, their communications with orders was superb and they were very friendly to deal with. They give different options for mailing out and I've found everything to be dispatched quickly. Definitely my go to place now :)

Had a little mix up with my order and received the wrong item. Called them straight away and they were great! Sorted out the courier to come and pick up the wrong item and got the correct item sent back out to me. Communication was perfect throughout giving me updates until I had the correct item. The figure arrived in perfect condition very happy even with the extra week wait. Can't fault them at all a very friendly and professional company! I wish ordering online was always this easy, especially when things do occasionally go wrong. Would definitely use this company again!

I've been using Dungeonlands numerous times for my TTRPG gear for the last few years and they never miss a beat. Products have always come on time, and even early most times! And are clearly handled with care.

Having joined the discord the team are always responsive, great communicators and open about their experience. Even when enquiring about products that aren't stocked yet they go above on beyond to give you an answer, both times I've questioned about products that nowhere in the UK has in stock the universe has provided an answer and not long later Dungeonlands have been able to provide.
