We recently just bought our first home and knowing what a stressful experience this can be, we were prepared for anything to happen but Hirakshi Shajpal and Annie Edwards were so amazing throughout the whole process - we never needed to worry! Unfortunately, my experience with Nicky Marsh, who was appointed as my conveyancing solicitor, was disappointing. As a first-time buyer, I found her email communication to be unnecessarily rude, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Additionally, I found it extremely difficult to get in touch by phone, despite repeated attempts over several months

I sent them an email over a week ago explaining my situation and asking if they thought my case was worth pursuing, and have had no reply. I'd have been fine with a simple "no, sorry we don't think you have a case here", but to not reply at all is just rude and unprofessional.
