Light Pull
The part that holds the wires and connects to the ceiling was very fiddly for the electrician to work with. He suggested the part should be constructed differently to be fit for purpose. He re used the old part from the fitting he removed and added the new top piece. This meant only one section of the purchased part was used.

Hi Jo, Please can you contact us urgently, your electrician should not be combining old and new products to make what he believes to be a suitable fitting for your home. The ceiling pull cord is a brand new design to modern standards and marks. Most electrical terminals of this type is standard for all electrical goods now. Im sorry we totally disagree, they are very easy to install and to wire @ a fantastic price point. Our office is always on the phone if you wish to discus any issues you have.
