Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service with no quibbles at a return I sent back (the product wasn’t right for my room once I saw it in my house rather than online). Prompt refund and very friendly. The porcelain toilet roll holders that I bought in the end were beautifully made. I’ll be returning for more purchases.

Beautiful, high quality chairs and good customer service
I wanted a specific type of chair, a Thonet 404 F dining chair. I ordered them from D&D on 15th August 2021. I knew they were being handmade to order and there would be a wait. They arrived at the beginning of December. They are beautiful, well made, elegant chairs. I queried what was happening a couple of times whilst I was waiting and I got an immediate, helpful answer from Maisie at D&D, who both times took the trouble of checking exactly what was happening. To give you a contrast with another experience, I ordered some barstools to complement my D&D chairs from another company on the same day in August 2021. The other company told me it would be 12-18 weeks but after saying they were expecting delivery in December, the other company is now telling me that it will be an unspecified date in the new year. So I'm glad I got my chairs from D&D and not the other company. If you are buying furniture made to order at present, just be aware that there are very long delays

Always love looking through the eclectic mix of items available on Dyke and Dean so when I the 10 year birthday discount code I had a good idea of what I wanted. As usual the items arrived quickly and very well packaged. My only grumble would be the description of items could be little more detailed and actual pics of the product.

Brass colour not as pic
I bought the brass product, but the colour was very illuminous, almost unnatural. D&D were great just the product was not the right colour
